Private, 2 bedroom each with flat screen TV, sun room, 2 bathroom fireplace with sitting area, screened-in-porch, large 54” smart TV in sun room, Internet, land line phone, separate sauna cottage, deck with hot tub, near downtown Beech Mountain, 2 miles from Buckeye rec center with sports amenities and kayak rental available ( contact the rec center for more info fees will apply)also close proximity to Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Banner Elk. Wood provided for fireplace, heat pump with heat propane gas heat, fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Rianni tankless hot water heater. Perfect for a long weekend get-away. Will rent by the month, week or weekend. 2 day minimum stay

Note: Sun Room has twelve (8)24" x 72 double pane windows. It offers a panoramic view of surrounding woods. Expect to see deer walking through almost every day.

Also Note: A Bear proof trash receptable has been installed at the entrance to the driveway. For convenience you can drop your trash bags here on your way out.

Have stayed here several times, always summer or fall. We like to hike the trails and chilI in the hot tub. I love the quiet location, easy access to Beech, also Banner Elk/Lees McRae and short drive to Grandfather Mtn. Cozy but also comfy and functional. Clean and easy in/out.

Lovely quiet stay

We love staying here and were impressed by the renovations made since our last stay. Location is super convenient to Beech mountain. Host is easily accessible if the need arises. The home is cozy and comfortable. Its always a treat for us to stay here with the additional hot tub and sauna ammenities which are easy to use and instructions are well detailed. Everything is as described. You won't be disappointed.

My name is Don Tate and I live in Mt Pleasant, SC. I fell in love with this little cabin when a friend first showed it to me in 2015. As he lives in New England, he was willing to sell the property to avoid his long distance maintenance trips. The interior pine board paneling and exposed beams appealed me to immensely. I have spent the last few years making improvements and maintaining the property. If you stay, I hope you will take care of it in the same way I have over the years. Best regards.
