Location, Location, Location! 6th Floor Corner Unit, Incredible Panoramic Views!

This unit is as good as it gets! It is a corner unit so you enter the unit from your own private hallway. This means there is no noise from other guests walking past your door. As you enter the unit you will immediately know that you are staying some place special. The colors are soothing and relaxing. The unit is laid out differently that any other and you literally have a view of North, South, East and West with more natural light than any other unit as well. The décor in our condo is elegant yet you will still have some hints that you are at the beach. We just don't over do it with sea shells and starfish like a lot of units do. The furniture is all custom made, beautiful as well as functional. The master bedroom offers an incredibly comfortable Serta I Comfort king size bed with a pillow top mattress, we spared no expense here so there is no doubt you will enjoy a great night's sleep each evening just don't sleep too late, you won't want to miss the beautiful sunrise every morning from your private balcony. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a dresser with plenty of room for clothing as well as nice size closet. The window in the master has drapes and a sun shade so you get to set the mood. There is carpet in the bedroom only, The bathroom has everything you would expect and then some. The vanity includes a vanity mirror, hair dryer and plenty of cabinet space. It has a shower and tub combo with an incredibly indulgent shower head with several settings and great water pressure. Across from the bathroom is a small closet with a double stack washer & dryer. Head towards the kitchen and you will find a couple of bunk beds, perfect if you bring a couple kids. There is even a closet in the hallway specifically for the bunk beds. One of the nice things about our condo is that there is plenty of storage so you can unpack and feel right at home without tripping over things or living out of your suitcase.The kitchen has it all as well. Granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, plenty of cabinet space and it is fully stocked with everything you have at home including a blender, toaster and a coffee maker.There is plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room and also has 3 bar stools that belly up to the granite coutertop which is great for entertaining. The dining area has a beautiful dark wood table for 4 and a window facing north. The living room is gorgeous and has spectacular floor to ceiling views of Pier Park and the World's Most Beautiful Beach. It features a nice comfortable sofa, 2 accent chairs, custom coffee table and end tables with pretty lamps and again very lovely décor. The entertainment center has a 50 inch flat screen tv. The private balcony is where it's at! You came to the beach so enjoy every minute you can. Stunning views of the beach and the pier, keep an eye on the kids as it sits 6 floors over one of the pools, relax on a glider or take in a good book in one of two plywood chairs. Did I mention the sunrises? They are a don't miss! Grab a cup of java and meet your sweetie on the balcony. We also have a terrific duo that help us manage our properties. They live on-sight so if any issue should arise you have the piece of mind knowing it will be handled promptly. Our cleaning lady is Sheila, she does an excellent job, very detail oriented and our handyman, Bobby is the best in the business. He actually used to be the superintendent at Tidewater so he knows the building inside and out. Don't forget we are always available as well. You can reach us by phone or email anytime, day or night. Upon check-in there is a Registration Fee of $35 to be paid at the check-in counter located in the 2nd Floor Lobby. This is a one time fee and covers everyone in your party. They will issue you a parking pass ( or passes) and wrist bands for everyone in your party. The security team at Tidewater does an excellent job and by following the condo rules it helps to further assure you that you will have a safe vacation at Tidewater. This payment may also be paid in advance. When you receive your welcome email we will provide you with a link to pre pay and register. This will save you time at check in.
