The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off both baseboard heaters. Leave the living room heater at 65 degrees.
Assure that the fireplace is fully extinguished and coals placed in the hot coal container on the balcony.
Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. Move you vehicle from the parking space no later than 10 AM so so the cleaning crew has a place to park.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DRINKING GAMES prohibited inside the condo and any common area to include but not limited to pools, spas, saunas, etc.
No parties allowed in this unit/community. Please make sure to keep noise levels down particularly after 10pm.
NO FILMING of any kind allowed in the condo or the complex. No illegal music downloads are allowed on the wifi.

Nice place to stay in Mammoth

The place was very clean and had a nice ambience. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. would stay there again.

Great Place

This was the best stay we have had in Mammoth. Just like listing described, great communication. Toys were a nice addition for our daughter (Toddler age). Would stay her again!

Excellent in every way!

Wonderful property, very clean, well stocked for everyday living, walking distance to Eagle Lodge, close to the jacuzzi and laundry facilities, and the best perk was covered parking, so we never had to shovel out the car when it snowed (which it did a LOT this week). Definitely recommend!

Newly renovated unit, excellent furnishings, responsive host. Porcelain dinnerware (unprecedented for a vacation rental, probably will not last) Suggestions for the host - need additional / designated towels for pool / spa use - need updated instructions for laundry operation ( no longer uses coins ) For future guests - bring your own coffee filters, kitchen is well stocked otherwise

Dear Victor, thank you for staying with us. This is our home and we use it frequently and with enjoyment. I am glad you enjoyed your stay as well. We are not another vacation rental with cheep dishes, mismatched plates and cups. If something breaks, we replace it but I do appreciate your concerns regarding our dishes. Basic necessities are provided for our guests to get them through the first coupe of days of staying with us. All our guests shop for items they need after that. We do provide ample amount of towels that can be used for indoor showers or hot tub/pool. Thanks for the reminder on washing machine! I’ll update that info on our tips page. Everything was exactly as advertised. Parking was in a separate building with no elevator but still close and not too big an issue. Everything else was great. Skiing close. Unit very clean.

The Perfect Stay!

My family wanted a last minute get away to Mammoth for some skiing. I was shocked to see this gorgeous condo available still - we jumped on it immediately and so glad we did. The location is incredible - 1 minute drive to Eagle Lodge (truthfully we could have walked.) The condo itself is spotless, well appointed with modern fixtures and has loads of toys that my 4 year old son had a blast playing with. Ivana sent super clear arrival instructions in advance and check in was a breeze. I think we've found our new rental at Mammoth. Can't wait to return.

Excellent as always

We are return guests for this unit, and everything was excellent as usual. It is always spotless and super comfortable. Perfect for a family. The setup of everything inside the condo is well-thought out for an easy, relaxing stay. We have stayed in many condos in the Summit complex. This one is located at the far end of the complex, making the walk to Eagle a bit longer than others, but it is still our favorite due to the obvious care the hosts have put into their mountain home. Excellent communication from the host as well.

Updated Condo for a Mammoth Getaway!

Our family visited Mammoth for a getaway and the condo was perfect! Location: Condo is located about 10 minutes walking distance from Juniper Springs. Condo is one building away from the parking, but it’s connected by a bridge so it’s easily accessible. Ivana sent a video the day before our trip to help us navigate the elevator for luggage and parking. The video was EXTREMELY helpful so make sure to watch it. With so much snow this season, we would have never found the elevator and parking if it wasn’t for the video. Condo: The condo is completely updated with wood floors, a stainless-steel fridge, new furniture, etc. It has basic amenities for guests (dishwashing liquid, cooking spices, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). The kitchen is stocked with new cookware, serve ware and utensils. There are also plenty of bath towels for guests' stay. The bed and sofa are comfortable and spacious for a family of four. The bunk beds were such a treat for our teen kids! The condo is very well-maintained, and we will definitely return for our future visits. Ivana was fantastic and always just a text away. Thank you for your hospitality!

Exceptional Hosts

The property was exactly as listed/photographed. Everything was clean and user-friendly. We had some challenges with the weather which are to be expected in the winter, but Ivanna’s communication was exceptional and caring - checking to ensure we made it through a tough travel day. She was quickly responsive, even over a holiday weekend, and was flexible and accommodating when the storm forced a highway closure during our checkout. I felt as if I was staying at the home of a friend…it was comfortable and welcoming. Master bed was super comfy. Our kids loved the bunk-bed nook and games. Be sure to watch the short welcome video to make parking and unloading easy. You will be thrilled to have underground parking when you see others shoveling out their cars! We have stayed at many units in the Summit and this will be a new favorite. Will be back soon.

Great place for family stay

We had a great experience staying at this home. The hosts are very warm and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Communication with them is easy/ streamlined. The house is ideal for a family of 4. We were 2 adults + 2 kids and it was perfect for us. The cleanliness was spectacular. The big basket of legos and the other games set up by the host was a surprise for our kids and the condiments/seasoning in the kitchen definitely enhanced our time at the apartment as we cooked a lot. The location is good too if you want something close to the lake basin area and food options. The laundry in the building was easy to use as well. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition, however, we would have enjoyed them more if they were a bit more clean. All in all, a great place. Thank you Ivana & Christian!!

Clean, updated, perfect little condo.

It’s not huge but the condo is perfect for a family of 4-5 or a group of friends but for friends remember there is only one bathroom. It is clean and extremely organized, lots of hooks and places for your gear. Kitchen is small but has everything you need!!! Has a parking spot that easily fits a large vehicle, but if you have more than one car it’s first come first serve at an additional spot up the road. The trek from parking to the condo is significant to say the least. The owners provide a fantastic YouTube video on how to get it. Not sure we would have found it without the video. Once you are in, it’s perfect. Owners are wonderful, helpful and respond quickly to messages.

Hi, we are Chris and Ivana. We are a skiing family that lives in Souther CA. We came to Mammoth for the first time in 2017 for a skiing trip with our two boys. It was love at first sight. Mammoth offers slopes that are both kid friendly and challenging. Coming to Mammoth in the summer has taken our breath away. There is so much to do and explore.

When we are not in our home town, you will find us in Mammoth doing what we love to do, explore, be outside, fish, bike or ski. We hope to share our home with likeminded travelers and families that need a home while away from home. Cheers and safe travels! Chris and Ivana

Why they chose this property

This is our home away from home. It has everything that one would need while traveling and wanting to feel at home. We decorated and equipped the condo with convenience and comfort in mind. We feel fortunate to be able to have a home in the mountains and want to share that with other like minded travelers who are looking for a comfort and a quality in a home to stay in.

What makes this property unique

Out of all location in Mammoth this is our favorite spot. Eagle Lodge neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and offers access to wonderful and friendly walking trails. Going for a morning walk any time of the season is our favorite thing to do. Location is close to all and one bus stop from chair 15.
