On the first floor, the spacious Primary Bedroom features a king-size bed, an HDTV for entertainment, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each with two queen beds and its own en-suite guest bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.

The kitchen is a true highlight, equipped with custom cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Preparing meals is a breeze, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six — perfect for family dinners or gatherings with friends. The remodeled laundry/pantry area also includes an additional full-size refrigerator for extra storage and convenience.

Step outside and enjoy the expansive private deck, complete with a gas grill and picnic table, ideal for outdoor dining, barbecues, or simply enjoying the fresh air. The villa also offers access to a community pool, perfect for cooling off or relaxing under the sun.

There was ample space for two families and a grandpa, and the walk to the beach was much faster than we expected. The place is newly redone with a cute beach vibe. Dishwasher rack kept falling off track when you tried to pull it out.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a very bad odor of mold and mildew. It’s evident that there is most likely water damage somewhere within the unit. It was an overall interference to enjoying the stay. Beyond the odor, the unit was not very clean. Bedding had urine stain on it that smelled terribly, sheets that had old blood stain, and a general odor of unclean bedding. The bathroom floor mats were not washed and also stained. The headboard was broken with staples sticking out. Housekeeping helped resolve bedding issues and maintenance tried to fix the headboard. Sadly, our stay was not what we had hoped for. The main perk to the unit was the proximity to the beach.

Overall good central Palmetto Dunes location resort

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: Very nice updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, quiet toilets and good bathrooms, nice upstairs carpeting, easy access to beach and eateries at PD. Community pool is good. Not so good: Musty smell especially second floor, second floor beds seemed to be double beds, not queen size, and decks had not been cleaned. I kept the upstairs dehumidifier running and emptied it all the time. The villa should have been updated along with the kitchen. We have stayed in PD for almost 15 summers and the villas we stayed in previously had nicer furniture and window treatments.

Thanksgiving vacation

The location was perfect. Close walk to the beach and dune house restaurant. Property had some problems. Carpets extremely stained and construction of decks going on that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Also a leaky pipe which called for a plumber to come inspect. Property managers handled that issue in a timely manner and were very pleasant. The kitchen was pretty new and was great for making our thanksgiving dinner. Overall there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we had an enjoyable week. Definitely helped that the weather was awesome☀️
