My husband and purchased this beautiful condo over 14 years ago to share it with our two boys. We have never rented the condo as it has been for personal use only. However in the last couple years our boys sports have taken over our lives and unfortunately we are not able to enjoy our mountain home as much as we would like. My husband grew up spending his summers and winters in Breckenridge so it is important to him that we keep the condo in the family. The condo is in the ideal location. You are able to walk everywhere which is very important to us. When we head up to Breckenridge we want to relax and enjoy the mountains. The amazing location allows us to do just that!
