The Sea Acre home is located in a family neighborhood walking distance to Lower Village and Dock Square with sidewalks all the way. Four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds, plus a large bonus room over the garage offer lots of space for your family to spread out and enjoy your week at Kennebunk Beach.

This wonderful propoerty offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in over 3,500 square feet offer plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy a week in the Kennebunks. With a living room, den and large bonus room over the garage there's somewhere for everyone to relax after a fun day at the beach.

Outside find a back deck with comfortable seating as well as a dining table and chairs in the back yard. For the kids there is a new swingset complete with a twisty slide! For the older kids there is a basketball hoop in the driveway. Beach chairs, and a few toys are also provided.

There is a tandem kayak and a single kayak as well as a canoe available for use by the renters, with river access at the end of the cul de sac (a few hundred yard walk). Paddle down the river to Dock Square or up the river to explore the scenery.

Come make yourself home at Sea Acre. With a fully equipped eat in kitchen with a large island you can make yourself at home and enjoy cooking a meal together as a family (or just enjoy takeout and let someone else do the cooking). There is also a dining room with seating for 8 just off the kitchen. From the kitchen step into the comfortable living room and relax after a long day at the beach. Also on the first floor you will find a cozy den where you can curl up with a good book. During the summer one of our favorite spots is the back deck in the afternoon sun. If you're looking for a larger space to spread out and relax make your way to the oversized bonus room above the garage with a large sectional and 60" tv and Bose sound system.

Property offers free wifi, cable, movies, board games and some toys. There is a a gas grill in the backyard and all the necessary barbecue tools. Kennebunl Beach Guest pass available for use during your stay.

Beth and her family purchased this home in 2018 due to the neighborhood location and proximity to Dock Square as well as the beach. The house is 1 mile to Lower Village/Dock Square and less than 2 miles to Gooches Beach. It's a 20 minute walk on sidewalks into town and an easy bike ride to the beach.

The home is 1 min from Lower Village/Dock Square, it is a 20 minute walk on sidewalks all the way. The beach is 1.7 miles away, which is an easy bike ride. For those who would rather drive a Kennebunl Beach parking pass is included for your use while staying at the home. Follow the road a few hundred yard to the end of the cup de sac and you will find a path to the Kennebunk River. Explore the path for a short walk to picnic rock, or use a dolly to bring the kayaks down to the river and then paddle east down to dock square or west up the river to explore the scenery.
