Situated in a private culdesac in gardenesque neighborhood. this two story southern charmer has just been completely remodeled and freshly updated and furnished throughout. Have tried hard to bring both comfort and style to this home and tried to think of even the smallest of details to make guest feel comfortable while still maintain elegance and functionality. offers a main level master king bedroom with private on suite and access to the back shaded deck and patio area. Main level also includes the kitchen ,dining, living room, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs is 2 spacious queen bedrooms with a shared full spacious bath. Located within 3 mins of movie theater, restaurants, local comedy house the Looney Bin and only 5 to 7 mins to the AR Heart and Baptist Hospitals, near I-430 access to easily be pretty much anywhere in little rock area within no more than 10 to 15 mins.

My niece and I enjoyed our stay in this home after recuperating from a minor surgery. It was clean, well maintained and equipped. We loved the Keurig. I can’t think of anything it lacked for a rental. The neighborhood felt safe and was near restaurants, grocery and my doctor’s office. Would stay there again.

The location was great for us. The host recommended local restaurants near us that were really good and not too pricey. The house is beautiful and about every need we had was thought of in advance. We were provided a variety of coffee and tea. The location was convenient and felt like a safe neighborhood. There is only room for 2 cars but that was the ONLY drawback to this home. Thank you for having us. We loved our stay!!

We can’t say enough good things about our family visit. This is a top tier host and home. Every detail is well thought out and executed. The interior decor is impeccable. The little touches such as the cozy blankets, full coffee bar, bath accessories, restaurant suggestions, etc. take this over the top. This is a highly recommended 5-star home and host. Wonderful House!

This beautiful house was in a very convenient location as was we were all over the Little Rock area visiting family. It was well equipped for meals and comfortable for visiting. The only drawback was the cable not having the sport stations for BB & football.

Beautiful Home

This house is beautifully decorated in every room. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The layout of the house is well designed. The location is quiet, yet close to stores and restaurants. This is at least the third time we have rented this property and plan to in the future.

Great Little Rock Location

Used this comfortable, clean, well kept home for a nice central location for visiting family in Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs and Monticello. Very good location with convenience to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Home has everything you need. We were appreciative of the care the owner takes in screening clients to ensure only mature stays. The owner is VERY responsive to questions and communications which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely book again for our next Arkansas visit.

This property is great. They have all of the things. We didn't love that there was some technical difficulty with the front door lock not working so we could only enter the home from the back door which goes into a bedroom or the garage. And then my fault completely, but I didn't realise how close you are to interstate so it was very loud. Otherwise it was very clean and I wish more properties on VRBO were like this one.

Wife (Jory) is from Little Rock and travels back often so we like having a place to call home while we are there. Love this quiet private little area of this neighborhood and the central location.

What makes this property unique

This home has lots of vintage charm and well built. Nice cozy shaded yard with back deck area accessible from master bedroom. We have completely remodeled this home with a fresher more up to date style while still incorporating some vintage touches to maintain that southern charm. Sits backed up to green space in a quiet private neighborhood with close knit neighbors.
