The Space:

Soft alpine light filters through tall evergreens while snow settles quietly across the forested slopes. After a day exploring Whistler’s mountains and trails, you return to a warm living space, unwind by the indoor fireplace, or ease into the hot tub as the evening settles over Blackcomb Benchlands. This bright end-unit townhouse offers a comfortable base for winter adventures and relaxed mountain evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to ten guests, the home features four bedrooms and three and a half baths arranged across multiple levels. The upper-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. One downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite featuring a glass shower. Another bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as twins and an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, providing a flexible sleeping setup for families or groups.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living room with natural light and views of the surrounding forest and mountains. Comfortable seating surrounds the indoor fireplace, creating a cozy place to relax after a day outdoors. A TV provides evening entertainment, and a dedicated workspace near the primary bedroom offers a quiet place for reading or remote work. Heating throughout the home helps maintain comfort during colder months.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors, providing space to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and breakfast nook create two gathering areas for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s activities.

Located in the forested Blackcomb Benchlands area, the property offers seasonal ski access from Lower Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain when snow conditions allow. Lost Lake and its scenic trails are within walking distance, and a nearby free shuttle connects you to Whistler Village and the Upper Village for dining, shops, and lifts.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There are two wall air conditioners, one in the dining room and one in the primary bedroom, each controlled by a panel on the unit.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
