Location

The Kadenwood neighbourhood is perched on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside, and is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views.

Kadenwood Gondola

All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola. This will take you on a 4-minute ride to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. A small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola makes transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes to drive to reach the gondola from this property.

Ski Information

Ski-out access is near this home. Taking a left from the property and walking for 1 minute will lead you to an access trail between houses 2930 and 2934. This leads to the 'Lower Peak to Creek' run that ends at the Creekside Gondola. The access trail is narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside.
Ski-in to the same access point between houses 2930 + 2934 by taking the 'Upper Kadenwood', 'Big Timber', or 'Home Run' trails and following the signposts towards 'Heritage Peaks Trail'.
Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Extremely nice house

It is the house that made my kids want to go back to Whistler next summer. It is huge even for 10 people, well-maintained like a brand new house, with luxurious decoration and design. It was very thoughtful that it came with a nice stereo system and various board games, so we didn't feel bored at all even though we spent most of the time in the house. I'm already planning to come back next summer.

My wife and I are very experienced travelers. We have stayed at the nicest hotels, resorts and homes across the globe. Our stay at this home was far and away the nicest home that we have stayed in. We opened the garage and made our way into the home and were stunned with its beauty, charm and how well appointed the home truly is. Bottom line, when I tell you that you will not be disappointed, you can trust me.Regarding the management team, so easy to work with from check in to check out they were very easy to work with to ensure seamless access and departure. We had two episodes where we could not locate a couple of things and the management team was very responsive and courteous and solved our issues immediately.As good as the management is, the star of the show is the home. Beautiful views from the main room and the deck set the ambiance for our stay. Indeed, we had plans for a few things but we loved the home so much we didn't leave for two days. The kitchen is so well stocked with every known utensil that we had a great time cooking together. The bedrooms were wonderful and the bathrooms with big walk-in showers and tubs...just wonderful. The media room was great to take in an episode of White Lotus. Lastly the wood burning fireplace in the main room was such a delight and coffee on the deck in the morning with the outdoor fireplace was a slice of heaven. We both agreed this one of our most favorite stays of traveling together for over 23 years.
