The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the surrounding forest, and the mountains frame every window as you ease into a slower rhythm. After a day on the slopes, steam rises from the hot tub while the fire pit glows against the winter air, and inside, the warmth of stone fireplaces and heated floors invites you to linger. Evenings here are made for gathering, unwinding, and watching Whistler’s alpine landscape fade into twilight.
Living Space
Set across two levels and 4,646 square feet, this entire home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, creating a strong connection to the surrounding forest while keeping the interior cozy and inviting throughout the winter season. Thoughtful details such as heated floors, indoor fireplaces, and a functional mudroom make snowy days effortless from arrival to après-ski.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet features five bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary suite includes a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A second suite offers another king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom has a king-split bed with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth bedroom features two bunk beds and its own ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed and an ensuite with a steam-room shower, along with a secondary entrance.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed evenings in. It features Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. A separate prep kitchen supports larger meals, while the dining area seats ten and looks out toward forest views. A temperature-controlled wine room and indoor mini bar add to the experience without leaving the comfort of home.
Leisure & comfort
After skiing, settle into the media room with its foosball table, plush seating, and stone gas fireplace. A stationary bike offers a way to stay active indoors, while a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair provides a quiet corner when needed. Laundry facilities, ample storage, and in-unit washer and dryer keep longer stays convenient.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
