The Space:

You slip inside to warmth and stillness - boots by the door, a fire crackling nearby, and space for everyone to settle in after a full day on the mountain. Close to Whistler Village yet surrounded by open, forested calm, this townhome is designed for gathering, unwinding, and easing into winter at your own pace.



The space

Set over two levels, the home offers multiple places to relax together or retreat for quiet moments. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, generous seating, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace that anchors cozy evenings indoors. A second lounge provides another comfortable spot to watch a movie, while a lower-level den adds extra flexibility for groups spreading out after a day of skiing or exploring.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining area, making shared meals easy and social. Heated floors, ample counter space, and a full kitchen setup support everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Just outside, the deck includes a BBQ and outdoor furniture for year-round use when conditions allow.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. On the main level, two primary bedrooms each feature a king bed, TV, walk-in storage, and ensuite bathrooms with heated floors and a bathtub with overhead shower. A powder room is also located on this floor. Downstairs, one bedroom offers a queen bed, another a king bed, and the fifth includes two bunk beds. Two shared bathrooms on this level serve these rooms.

After cold days on the slopes or trails, the hot tub offers a welcome place to warm up, tucked into a quiet, forested setting. The property also includes two private single-car garages, a boot-drying rack, and easy access to nearby cross-country ski and bike trails.

Getting Around:

This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
