This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located in a quiet community and will sleep up to 8 guests. This home is perfect for the adventurous type. There are plenty of activities to do just minutes away from the house including, restaurants, boat launches and The Pinellas Trail. Another perk, you are located only 20 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and other local hotspots.

This home comes packed with your entertainment needs, including a 65” TV in the living room and a TV located in each bedroom. We also offer cable and WIFI for your streaming and viewing pleasure. If watching TV on vacation isn’t your gig, the fenced in backyard also offers a great place to relax. Enjoy sitting in Gazebo and grilling your favorites on the grill. Bring a Boat? There is plenty of space to park it at home, when you aren’t enjoying yourself out on the water. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, therefor we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach.

We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation.

TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.

Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation.

Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am.


To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.
