*This is the ultimate beach cottage! This cottage comes with with it's own Marsh and stunning ocean views from nearly every room. If you are looking to enjoy a bright, open home with sweeping water views, this is it! From the upper decks and the twin bed room, you can see all the way to Plymouth and the bridge. *The private association beach is 1 block away. Don't want to walk to the beach, that's okay there is plenty of parking there too.
*Oh and you can sleep here too, inside you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Max occupancy is 6 due to the size of the living space.
*The inside there is a brand new upscale eat in kitchen, new floors throughout and new paint. Brand new wall mounted AC in every bedroom and living room.
*This English style cottage has been nicely appointed with a modern touch and flair.
*Outside you will find a large deck with a charcoal grill and dining table. This is the perfect spot for having dinner while watching the sunset over the ocean or bird watching.
*This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. You'll wake up each morning greeted by exceptional views of the Bay and all of the wildlife in and around the Marsh.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house has three full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Love you from the master bedroom is gorgeous.The marsh was beautiful! We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet. The beach is steps away and there were no crowds. The only cons were that the beach was all rocks. You definitely need water shoes or flip-flops. Also, the water is freezing cold. We were kind of shocked when we put our feet in. Other than that it was a beautiful, quiet beach.

Great Location -House WELL equipped!

Our family had a beautiful time - The walk to the beach was so short and the views were incredible. The house was well equipped and felt like home. It was a lovely beach house! It had everything we needed like boogie boards and shampoo and soaps in the shower. The outside shower was my favorite. I had never done that before. It was a good private beach and only a 3 minute walk (faster on my scooter). The Sand toy wagon was super helpful! Love, Anna (9years old)

Perfect place for family getaway

Although small from the outside the inside was spacious. Very clean and charmingly decorated. Short walk to beach. Very sandy at low tide and high tide rocky. We loved our stay!

Our Second Time Staying

We enjoy our second year in a row staying at Captain Greaves. The newly renovated basement is a great addition to the house. The house is just a couple minutes walk from the private beach and the sunsets are spectacular. A great location all around.

House looks smaller than it is! Updated inside, very clean and comfortable, has everything you need for beach getaway! My family loved the short walk to the private beach and quiet, lovely neighborhood. Short visit but we had wonderful time. Would return.

Great Home in Excellent Location

This house was perfect for our family of five. Nicely updated inside and the AC was a must for the hot week we had. The view of the water from the spacious back deck is amazing. The private beach is a couple minutes walk away and was quiet the whole time we visited. This is definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed on the Cape.

Beautiful, comfortable home, peaceful, gorgeous sunsets, loads of room for everyone, everything you need in the kitchen, perfect deck for BBQs, minutes from the beautiful beach. We couldn't have had a nicer family vacation!

Great location - loved the house!!

We had a great getaway at this adorable house. It was clean, spacious and we could easily walk to the beach. The house was well laid out and perfect for us. The deck off the master bedroom had a fantastic ocean view and we watched the sunrise in the morning. Cindy the property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. There was a nice book on the counter that had info about the area and beach etc... I was even able to take a yoga class on the beach that was in listed in the book. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back and stay there again.
