About this property
Seasonal waterfront retreat on Sharbot Lake
Enjoy a stay on the beautiful and relaxing Sharbot Lake. The loons are calling you. It's peaceful, serene, and it's fishing is unsurpassed. There is canoe and 2 kayaks that you are welcome to use. Currently, there is a 20' dock, that we are hoping to add on to soon. You can bring your own boat. There are boat launches a short distance to town. We are located in a shallow cove, so we recommend that you use the town beach for swimming, until we can get a swim dock. There is horseshoe pit and firepit. It's a short distance to the village, that has a remarkable grocery store, 2 new restaurant's, bakery, marina, hardware store, beach, for all your convenances. Farmers market on Saturday's mornings in July and August. Multi use trails. Come and enjoy the many different wildlife that we enjoy seeing. I enjoy the Cardinal Cafe; Thursday night open mics @ the Kick & Push Brewing Co.; Saturday morning farmers market (go early); Seed to Sausage for Pizza; and Gray's convenance for award winning butter tarts. I love to relax and look out at the water from the front screened in porch.
