Floating Bunkie Glamping @ Big Crosby Lake

Welcome to our unique Glamping experience. Surround yourself in lush forest and beautiful gardens from the moment you pull into your private driveway! First you'll see your Outhouse and hot water shower area! Next make your way past more gardens and paths to your 3 season summer kitchen. Here you will find a full size electric fridge and gas stove, big kitchen island and couch which seconds as a napping spot. Kitchen stocked with all your spices oil and soap . Gravity fed running water provides water for your drinking water and dishes. Halfway down to the lake is a newly constructed wood fired sauna with an attached screened in living area/bedroom with a covered deck/porch and fire pit. Two sets of stairs takes you to your private dock where you will find....Your 12X22 floating sleeper bunkie with a king size bed!! Chair and night stands and dressers are all found here on the water.
No electricity in the sleeping bunkie but candles and large battery for reading lights provided to make a romantic setting Composting toilet and sink on board. No running water on board! Watch fish jumping and loons swim past your front door!
Canoe and kayak provided! This is perfect for experienced campers used to a little roughing it but with some awesome comforts. We do have strict use policies in place for your safety and also for the clean and environmentally friendly use of this space. We ask that this space be used with respect for neighbors, the lake and our hard work in providing it. Party Pirates not welcome. Not recommended for children or those with issues with stairs. This is basically a cottage in 4 separate sections so don't expect all the amenities in a cottage setup. There is a series of stairs/landings from the parking area to the lake. Not recommended for folks who can't handle the stairs and several different levels.
