ProwlerTravel Trailer on a Wooded 5 Acre Lot
You will be staying in a 27 ft. Prowler travel trailer. It is on a 5-acre lot along with a main house (and some out-buildings) which is about 150 feet away. The nearest neighbor is about 50 feet away. The travel trailer is a 2003, is clean and functional, due to the age we will allow up to 14 nites only. The setting is wooded and serene. Although we've never counted there are probably over 200 trees on the 5 acres, including: Ponderosa pine, Black oak, Canyon live oak, Cedar, Deodar pine, Douglas fir, seasonal flowers and lots of wildlife. The new cleaning protocols are in place for everyone's safety.

We love the quiet and peaceful life here which makes it possible to garden edible and flowering plants. Sharing this peaceful property with guests who appreciate nature is our goal. Being grateful everyday for good friends and happy moments is what we love.
Why they chose this property
This is the best neighborhood, quiet and rural. The minute we saw this property we knew we had to buy it. It is like being on vacation everyday here. There are so many wild animals all year round and wildflowers all Spring.
What makes this property unique
Mature forest trees and two meadows. Every season some tree or plant blooms or leafs out changing the look 4 times a year. Our climate is very neutral ranging from high 80's in the summer and low 30's in the winter.
