Fantastic, new building, six bedrooms

Construction completed and professionally furnished in October 2015. This newly constructed six bedroom house is perfect for a family vacation. A few steps to the dunes and exspansive beach, park, playground and ice cream stand. An open floorplan kitchen and living room are perfect for family get togethers after a day at the beach. The big blue stone front porch is definitely a big part of the 1st floor living space. The second floor living room flows out to the second floor deck, which provides a place to relax, enjoy the sea breeze, listen and look to the ocean. The view from the third floor crows nest is the island's best. It's so high up that you have a 360 degree view of the entire island. The white oak quarter hawn hardwood floors, flower petal tile bathroom floor, and luxurious bedroom carpets make you want to dance around the house. An outdoor shower enclosure provides a cozy place to shower under the sun or stars, the large front and side lawn is perfect for wiffle ball, kick ball, catch... A favorite design feature is pocket doors on the first floor, which can separate the family gathing space from the 1st floor suite, if you need to leave the fun for an early bedtime. Private parking from the alley entrance is a perfect was to get close to the house after a shopping spree at the Walk in Atlantic City. The garage contains some sweet surprises like new Huffy beach bikes - so much fun to ride in Brigantine. Also a great way to visit the Hotel for a cocktail, or ride to play tennis at the community center. Definitely spend an afternoon walking the national Brigantine Wildlife reserve - no cars or trucks on this beach - experience one of the last stretches of wild beach.

Fabulous house and location. The weather cooperated to make it a great vacation. We discovered the butcher shop within walking distance and some really nice eateries. The whole family had a wonderful time.

New House at the Seaside

This was our second family vacation in Brigantine and we hope to be back next year. Brigantine: what a lovely little walkable town. We walked to Aversa’s Bakery, CVS, the Primal Surf Shop, Ernest&Sons for late afternoon subs while still on the beach. It was quiet and reserved. The House: The owner was responsive, very friendly, and accommodating. The house was immaculate and smelled like new. Multiple decks and a bird's nest up top. Things you should know: 2 adult bikes in the garage that we used to explore and grab groceries - you can get air for the tires for a $1 right up the street at the local bike shop; tons of kids toys in the garage and beach chairs, the kitchen was stocked with utensils,we brought a sharp knife and an extra coffee maker; the outside shower was great,we put shampoo in there & that was the stopping place for the kids before they came in, hot water and great water pressure; plenty of parking in front and back. The was also a secret great room on the top level for kids.

Perfect beach vacation

We had a wonderful experience renting the house. The home was wonderfully stocked with everything we could need - in the house and for the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, perfectly set up and exactly as we were told. We had more than enough space for our family. The owners were thoughtful, responsive and great. I would absolutely rent this again!

Brigantine Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful week in Jim and Rose's beautiful home. The location is perfect, house was well equipped in the kitchen, and lots of beach chairs, games, etc. The 1st floor front porch was a favorite spot for all! The dining room table could actually accommodate our whole family! We would highly recommend this beautiful beach house to family and friends, we hope to be back in the years to come!!!

Great house!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for us (10 adults and 5 children under 4). It was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach with many local stores to walk to. We had ice cream at Richman's almost every night! The beach was beautiful...very clean and not crowded. The only minor problem was two of the bedrooms that were suppose to have queen size beds, had full size beds (yellow bedroom and purple bedroom). They were very small for my 6' 4" sons and their wives!

Great Home / Great Owners

While there were some relatively minor disappointments (there always are when you rent a vacation home), we loved the house, the owners were extremely responsive to every request and we had a wonderful time. Great location. Owner provided access to multiple amenities (most of which we didn't use, but it was nice to know they were available!). I hope we can return next year.

This is a beautiful beach house! Great location for beach access and eating.

Our family of 14 (9 adults and 5 young children) had plenty of room for the week. The children enjoyed the upstairs playroom. It was a short walk to the beach, ice-cream parlors and bakery. This house is very well stocked with anything you might need. Jim and Rose were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely go back to this house again if given the opportunity! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Perfect weather equals perfect vacation

Everything was #1. The property was immaculate, with great room spaces, plenty of spread-out room for the teenagers. and plenty of bandwidth for all the cell phones and laptops. Each time we've come here the weather has been great, high 70's low 80's and no rain. Does the house live a charmed life or are we just lucky? One real find this time was the Ernest@Son meat market, right next to the ice cream shop. Wish Acme was a little nicer but they do have all the essentials. We love this place.

Our 2nd great vacation at this amazing property with 8 adults and 7 children

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well supplied home with a Grassy Yard, 2 Porches and a bonus room for children on the 3rd floor. A block to the gorgeous wide sandy beach. Very convenient to great food at Ernest’s, Taco, and Aversa’s (takeout or go inside with a mask), CVS and 2 ice cream places. We did not need to get in the car all week.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had an amazing Brigantine beach week at this lovely home. The house exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect family space to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was perfect as it provided easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our family enjoyed the huge porch and watched the July 4th festivities from the third floor porch space. The hosts are very thoughtful and we enjoyed all of the amenities that came with the house. Looking forward to our next beach vacation here!

The porch is amazing, we spent as much time there as possible. The enormous kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for our group. As was the grass yard. And the beds were so comfy. Fabulous week at a fabulous house and location

We highly recommend a great house at a great location for a family vacation. The house is new with a large open living space and roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. The house is well stocked and the kitchen well equipped including sharp knives. Smart TVs’ on the walls but we did not find a DVD player. Less than a block walk to the dunes and a large wide white sandy beach that was great for children. There was also a shallows area for small children. Easy walking distance to a meat shop, bakery, and ice cream shop and the Acme grocery and a carryout prepared seafood store are a short car ride away. The garage has 2 bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs for use as well as the gas grill.
