Unique Old Mill villa is situated in the middle of Boka Kotorska bay, close to its narrowest point. An old redecorated stone mill house 10 meters from the sea with its private stone beach provides our guests peaceful and relaxing accommodation and unique experience of Boka Kotorska bay. Beautiful hidden garden and swimming pool with sea water will provide harmonious and peace loving time for your family and friends.

The space occupies the area of 200m2. There are 6 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with necessary utensils and appliances and private bathrooms occupy 2 floors of old stone house next to the sea.

The whole area is covered with Wi Fi signal. Inside the villa, guests can enjoy watching cable TV channels in air-conditioned space. Free parking is also available to guests.

Outdoor area is also amazing place for our guests to spend their time, due to private garden in pleasant shade and a salt water pool.

Natural stream flows through the garden and flows into the sea just in front.

beautiful villa with a private beach

Very private and quiet (except some traffic noise which can be noticeable for especially sensitive people). Hosts Savo and Anna are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms equipped with all the necessities, though a couple of new pan-frys won't hurt. Will recommend this place to friends and family.
