BEAUTIFUL 5 BEDROOM DOG FRIENDLY HOME IN TOM NEVERS

Amazing, recently renovated property on 1.4 acres less than a mile to the beach! The perfect home for large groups, two families, one large family, or anyone else who wants to stay! The house was newly renovated. Our house is close to Tom Nevers Beach, Sconset Beach, and multiple golf courses, as well as a short drive to town, the airport, and ferry terminal.

The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 queen pullout sofas, sitting room with fireplace and full bathroom. There is a main floor en-suite bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of bunk beds and a twin, perfect for a kids room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor includes 2 large ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated bath with a soaker tub and shower. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and twin pullout chair and newly renovated bathroom. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the deck. All bedrooms have window A/C’s during the summer.

Outside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, grille and a nice lawn for yard games - fenced in area for pets to roam. We recently added new outdoor furniture - tables, couches, loungers, a hot tub and a firepit!

Fully stocked with all the linens and kitchen essentials you will need as well as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. There is also a pack and play available and a dog crate if needed. There are 4 bikes in the shed and we have access to the tennis court down the street.

Spacious home perfect for two families! Great location to bike to the beach, large fenced in lawn terrific for backyard games and our dog, Well stocked kitchen and large dining table created many awesome memories of great food and great times. The home was even better than the pictures! The outdoor space was amazing with a beautiful yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! There were also bikes, a surplus of beach towels and beach chairs that were a fantastic addition. I highly recommend renting this home!

Great house and location in Tom Nevers! We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and we were able to bring our dogs with us! A Perfect Fit

Wonderful home for family memories

Our group of three generations stayed at Gilligan’s Island and found the home to be the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house is beautiful inside and outside, plenty of space to unwind, play, cook and relax. We walked, rode bikes, and drove to all our activities on the island, including the nearby beaches (Tom Nevers and Sconset) and slept well every night at home. We’d love to return again someday!

Discover great happiness at Gilligan’s Island

Gilligan’s Island was everything it promised to be and much more. I highly recommend the property. The host was communicative and beyond generous. The home was roomy, property secluded, and the backyard was perfect for afternoon and evening social hours with the other house guests. Gilligan’s Island is truly Ithaca.

Great Nantucket Vacation Home

This house is a great family vacation home on Nantucket. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Tom Nevers it has everything you need. Bikes. Towels. Chairs. Hot tub!! Perfect cooking kitchen. Girls trip

This is a gem of a property and we look forward to returning when we can. Although it rained for most of our weekend there, we had a wonderful time relaxing indoors with plenty of space for all of us to catch up, watch tv, play games. Our first night we had a BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. Jamie was a pleasure to work with, clear communication and quick response time if we had a quick question.

Unbelievable stay

I have been renting houses on Nantucket for decades and have never experienced anything like Gilligan’s Island! It is located in a great part (Tom Nevers, super close to the beach) and we were blown away by how well stocked it is! We basically had to bring nothing (house comes with bikes, yard games, tennis rackets, etc). Access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the hot tub were a big plus. Jamie was so responsive and awesome. Overall an incredible property, perfect for a family vacation! We will never rent another house again!!

This house has essentially everything you would like in a home. Fully stocked kitchen, bikes, yard games, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, etc. it’s a decent distance to the beach if you walk but you can bike there very easily. The beaches are also amazing though as it’s very private.

Our entire group loved our stay at Gilligan's island. The host was extremely responsive, the house was clean and offered so much (backyard Is wonderful), the price was reasonable, and was perfect for our group. New Year's Stay Nantucket

We had an excellent time. This is a great house. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Everybody had their own area to relax and we were a big group. The host, Jamie, is very responsive and very accommodating. The house has everything that you need. It is in a very quite area, plenty of parking space and has a very nice back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you, Jamie, for allowing us to stay in your home. I recommend Gilligan's Island 100%.

Magical Merry Christmas
