This house is great for travelers, seasonal quiet neighbor action, or looking for somewhere cheaper than Nashville to stay that is quiet, safe, and comfortable. It technically has 3 bedrooms (with beds), 3 bathrooms (1 master and 1 hallways bathroom downstairs with a bonus room upstairs that comes fully loaded with a projection screen, closet, a full sized U shaped couch, with a 3rd full bathroom upstairs (shower and all.) So if someone is ok with sleeping on a couch (many people do) there are 2 full couches in the home. The couch upstairs could comfortable sleep two and the couch downstairs has a pull out bed. So technically, this house sleeps 6 with beds, (1 King, 1 Full, and 2 Singles) but could technically sleep 10 at the maximum if you want to use the couches upstairs (due to the full bathroom upstairs) and a pull out couch downstairs in the main living room. There is an attached 2 car garage and parking for at least 5 more cars in the driveway. Pets are allowed with an extra deposit. The floors are easy to clean if you keep the rooms with carpet closed off (3 bedrooms on the main floor) and a doggy gate on the stairwell (doggy gate included.) House is 5 minutes from the interstate and 20-30 min from Nashville, Franklin, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Chattanooga. Lookout Mountain. Ruby Falls. Great Zoos.
