House was not presented as advertised
The property was advertised As a private 5 bedroom home. Much to our surprise (not told by property manager or owner or on Internet advertisement) the the downstairs of house had tenants living there. This was discovered at midnight on first night when more than 2 people were having conversations through the paper thin walls in both of the children’s bedrooms. Upstairs and downstairs. This did not stop until 4 in the morning. We paid a small fortune to be in this “private” home and was very disappointing to tolerate others in our “private” space for the 9 days we stayed. On the second last day on a Sunday morning at 10am they decided to be “funny” and blasted music from their residence for a few minutes for whatever reason we don’t know and then left down the driveway laughing. The owner also had to remove and replace her car while staying and did not acknowledge the tenants we weren’t told about. Very disappointed!!!!! The house was perfect location and had everything at hand to make stay easy. But still feel tainted by experience. Have rented multiple homes with you over the years as your records will show and never had any problems with those. Future families need to informed of this experience before renting this property so they too are not dissatisfied and disappointed.
