This craftsman-style home is truly one of Coeur d'Alene's finest. Built in 1914, it retains an elegance of days past yet is complete with all the comforts of a modern home, not least because its owners have renovated nearly every room over the course of the past 27 years. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen that features soapstone countertops and a Carrera marble backsplash. It is conveniently located on a tree lined street, just a short walk from downtown in the Garden District, one of Coeur d'Alene historic neighborhoods. Very well-furnished and full of amenities, it has everything you could possibly ask for, from curved flat screen TV to a grand piano, not to mention the spacious yards. It has been a favorite of Ironman competitors for twenty years and is ideal for special occasions.

This historic home was built in the Garden District of Coeur d'Alene in 1914. It has been refurbished to enhance its historical significance and all the modern conveniences have been blended into it to make it totally comfortable. It is just a short walk to the heart of downtown. It is on a quiet street in a historical neighborhood.
