We are located at a Country Club golf course.
Beautiful golf courses, pools, gyms, paddle boarding, restaurants and more to do during the summer.
Very close to South Padre Island , Progresso Mexico and Matamoros Mexico and close to Space X.

The Right Size

Cute lil' converted garage apartment...The couch is perfect for cuddling up and enjoying a movie...The Keurig Coffee nook is set-up with delicious k-cups, sweeteners & creamers all You need to do is grab a cup out of the cabinet and let the Keurig work it's magic.....The newly installed wall a/c unit did an exceptional job of cooling the space.... and last but not least the electric fireplace added just the right amount of lighting to to give the space that touch of ambience . The only two things I would suggest to make this place perfect for travelers are a taller toilet and safety grab bars for the shower..... We give this place 2 thumbs up!
