Perfectly situated for a large or multi family vacation. Multiple levels in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home creates a space for adults, kids and grandparents - there is something for everyone!! One of a kind sports bar sure to be a crowd pleaser for all ages. Or relax in the sunroom with a book while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the large, well manicured backyard.

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Located 2 miles from Falmouth Center and 1 1/2 mikes down a sidewalked street to the beach. This home has everything you need for a Cape Cod experience:

Level 1 - Formal living room, desk nook, spacious eat-in kitchen and sunroom with 4K smart TV.

Level 2 - (just 5 stairs up) Large queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms both with 2 twins and full bathroom.

Level 3 - XL queen bedroom, updated bath with walk-in shower and laundry room.

Level 4 -one of a kind Red Sox sports room/pub with mini bar, 4k smart TV with surround sound system.

Amenities include: linens, stocked kitchen, kitchen dining for 8, beach towels, bath towels, iron/board, hair dryer, gas grill, grill utensils, air fryer, patio dining for 6, picnic table/bench, off street parking for 6 cars.

Perfect family vacation rental

We had an excellent week of vacation in Falmouth! The house is perfectly located near many convenient restaurants and close enough to get to the beach. We really enjoyed using the sun room, outdoor shower, and Red Sox basement! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Mary was wonderful to work with always available to assist with any questions leading up to the trip and during our stay. The location was great, my nephew loved the playground at the school just a few houses down and having all the linens and beach chairs available was super helpful when traveling with kids. Overall we had a great time and hope we can stay again!

Jack’s Place

A very comfortable home with multiple living areas and large fenced in yard for our extended family and pets to enjoy time together. Our host also provided many suggestions for restaurants and activities, many of which we tried. A great vacation!

Amazing Stay!

Perfect house for 2 families, each family with a 6 and 4 year old. Property is exactly as described, Mary was extrenely communicative before, during, and after the trip. All of the essentials are there, including a ton of beach items. Would definitely rent again!

Highly Recommended Vacation Home!

This home was perfect for my family including three young kids. Check in was simple, communication with the owners was stellar & respectful, and the house was exactly as described. We loved the spread out multi floor layout, sunroom to hangout in, nice size backyard, and the baseball themed basement. We highly recommend this home for your Cape Cod rental!

AMAZING HOUSE!

All the reviews are correct - this place is amazing! It was nicer that we hoped and wouldn't change one thing! the host was in touch with us and has everything you need at the house. The rooms are really nicely done and the location is great. we will be back for sure! Love this place!!

Pleasant stay in a wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay in Jack's Place. We came back to Falmouth for a second year in 2022 because we love Cape Cod and all it has to offer. And as an author, I based my YA debut in Falmouth! Mary was a wonderful host, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought our two dogs and they had plenty of room to run and play in the spacious, fenced-in back yard.

Beautiful house in convenient location

We had a wonderful time staying at Jack’s Place. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. In addition, it had everything we could think of, which meant less packing for us. The location is conveniently located to the shops and restaurants. It felt like our home away from home. We had plenty of space and really loved the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Awesome property

We felt so at home here. The yard is expansive and our dogs had so much space to run. The fire pit, horseshoe pit and outdoor dining area added to the comfortable cape cod weather and outdoor experience. The sun room is a great space for lounging and the couch was super comfortable. The basement is AMAZING and the ultimate Boston sports fan vacation spot

July 4th week

We enjoyed our stay. Mary was a great host, and she was available to answer any questions right away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was spacious and great for our family and dogs. I do wish the house was on a quieter street, but it worked our well for our family. Overall, it was a great experience.

Nice Get-away

Jack's place was large and open for our entire family (7 adults and 1 toddler and our dog). Mary was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. She even had a brand new blender delivered when the one that was there was missing the top! The place is 1.5 miles from the beach and I enjoyed walking to it. Mary even had beach chairs there for us to use. I loved the fenced in yard - perfect for our granddaughter and dog to play and be safe. All the amenities we could ask for. We did wash the comforters as they served as blankets and we weren't sure if they had been washed with the sheets. Overall the house was clean, but I would suggest that the cleaners might want to clean the windowsills and baseboards because they get dirty really easily. Might also consider having the landscaper pruning some of the larger tree branches - just in case a good storm comes and they break into any parked cars. Certainly these are not any big issue, just a suggestion to make the place even more wonderful.

Great place.

A nice stay. The house is has lots of space to spread out. The sports room is beautifully finished and comfortable to relax in. The sunroom is bright and sunny. It's a quick ride to the beaches. We bought a weekly beach pass and were able to park easily. Mary is easygoing to communicate with.

Great House!

We had a great stay at Jack's Place. The house has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and the layout was perfect for our extended family. We enjoyed Menauhant Beach and the Shining Sea Bikeway. Our dog loved running around in the fenced in yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house! Close to beaches!

This house was all that we expected and more! It was extremely clean, well decorated and several of the rooms appear to have been recently remodeled. It was very well stocked with everything you could imagine - kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, sticks for s’mores, etc. Pretty much anything you can think of, they have for you. Not having to bring towels, beach chairs and linens was a HUGE help and space saver in our cars! The owners communicated very well with us, making sure we had all the details to make our check-in simple! At one point we blew a fuse in a bedroom and the owners helped us to quickly fix the problem! I personally loved the RokuTV in the Red Sox themed basement, which gave me the ability to download the Beachbody app and do my exercise while I was away! We loved that this house was so close to the beach and pretty much any store you could possibly need while away. It is at the beginning of a street fairly close to a main road, so at times it was a bit noisy. Despite this, we still loved this house and the location. If you have kids, there is a playground just a 5 minute walk down the road. There are also well paved sidewalks for bike rides or strollers/wagons. We had a wonder vacation and highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit the Cape!

Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful week in Falmouth! The house was so clean and comfortable and check in process so easy. The house is central to everything downtown (restaurants and cute shops, etc.) and just a very short drive to the beach (which wasn't too crowded, even on the July 4th weekend!). Parking at all the beaches is very easy with the beach pass (or you can also walk to the beach also if you enjoy the stroll). There's plenty of parking at the house. Mary went above and beyond providing everything we need from towels and beach chairs to even toys for our three year old nephew. Our dad loved relaxing in the Fenway park basement and my brother couldn't get enough of the outdoor shower! Huge backyard with a grill and our dog loved the space outside. Overall an amazing and relaxing week on the Cape. We would highly recommend!

This is named Jack's Place after our dad, who grew up in the Cape and could not wait to get back there when he retired. Unfortunately he did not make it back to Cape Code before he left this world - so in honor of our dad we have bought this house to make it a home for our family and your family.

Less than 2 miles from the Beaches, Falmouth Center (dining & shopping), Island Queen (30 minute boat ride to Martha's Vineyard). All amenities!! Pack your suitcase, sunblock and head down to enjoy a "fully loaded" house (beach chairs, beach towels, linens, bath towels) with a one-of-a-kind Red Sox bar #driftwooddugout!!
