Set in a subtropical garden with a large private pool.

This villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bathroom ensuit) and a modern and very spacious living and dining area (50 m²).
All rooms have direct access to the wonderful, huge sun terrace and the large pool.
Beautiful natural stone outdoor shower (also with hot water).
Only 400 meters away there is a wonderful bay with wonderfully clear water - a paradise for snorkeling.
On a hiking and cycling path, which leads directly along the coast, to reach the fine sandy beach of the wonderful bay of Arenella after 1200 meters.

And Relax!

We had a lovely stay here. The property is located in a peaceful area but with easy access to Siracusa and more local restaurants and provided everything we needed, especially the fabulous pool, where we relaxed a lot. Our host Maria welcomed us personally and was clearly happy to assist but we simply had no issues during our stay and didn't need to call on her. A great holiday.

Soggiorno con i topi

La presenza dei topi morti in giardino ed in piscina hanno condizionato l'intero.soggiorno. La casa rispetta quello dell'annuncio, la piscina è grande e anche bella, ma il ricircolo e la pulizia non funzionava.Il giardino che circonda l'intera casa è ampio, ma è bello solo quello antistante la piscina , il lavandino di un bagno non scaricava bene e perdeva, quindi inutilizzabile. Le piante in prossimità delle sdraio danno parecchio da fare ed ogni giorno è necessaria la pulizia. Bene aria condizionata e ampiezza dei locali. Mancavano alcune lampadine, l'illuminazione della piscona non funzionava e la pulizia dell'intera struttura era scarsa. Le piante

Bon séjour

La maison est très agréable avec un joli jardin arboré et une grande piscine. Mais à l'intérieur, les sanitaires mériteraient d'être rénovés car vétustes, une des douches des salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Et la propreté générale des sanitaires n'était pas au rendez-vous, tout comme une partie de la vaisselle. Mais dans l'ensemble la maison est agréable en famille à 4 personnes. Nous recommandons.

Schönes Ferienhaus in tollem Garten

Das Haus ist wundervoll und der Garten ein Traum, unser 6-jähriger hat es geliebt. Die Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank ist toll ausgestattet, wirklich alles da, um ordentlich zu zaubern. Die Sanitärinstallationen könnten mal überholt werden, da kommt entweder wenig Wasser raus, oder an den falschen Stellen. Allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür gemütlich, wenn dann noch der Ofen knistert... Wir würden auf jeden Fall sofort wieder hinfahren. Grüße an Maria (die tolle Tips zum Essen und Einkaufen bereit hat)
