Thank you Brandy! You were a great guest!! Please come back. Susan
We absolutely fell in love with this place! It was incredibly clean, cozy, spacious and a stone's throw to the beach entry! It's a real gem on a beautiful street. There are so many places to relax - two indoor sitting rooms, a sun room and a beautiful deck! We'd walk up to the beach at night to star gaze and it was stunning. My husband, our 5 year old son and I stayed here and there was plenty of space for a couple more people. The beds were comfy and we slept great. I'm pretty particular and we are definitely planning on coming back soon!
Check in was seamless and the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart were fantastic. It was so nice not to have to pack these things, and the beach cart is a game changer! The parking is right in the driveway in front of the apartment/duplex, so super convenient too.
Susan is absolutely fantastic! She responds incredibly fast and is so eager and willing to help in any way to make sure you have a lovely vacation. From our first correspondence it was clear that she really cares and wants to create a special vacation for you and your family.
I can't recommend this place enough! It is a tranquil retreat from the busyness of the boardwalk, but only a very short drive if that's of interest. It's also only a few miles from First Landing State park which is also incredibly beautiful.
This was the first "real" vacation I've experienced in a long time. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! You won't be sorry staying here. It's a real treat!

Thank you so much for this great review!! Please come back next year. Susan
We had a pleasant stay overall. The corner property was a bit noisy early in the morning due to heavy traffic on Atlantic Avenue. Beach access is convenient and the beach is reasonably private, much less crowded than the southern oceanfront.
Being on the east side of Atlantic Ave makes a big difference, as we saw so many struggling to cross that road.
This location had a great shaded deck, comfortably furnished rooms, and very clean. It is away from the bustle of downtown Va Beach.

We had s great time in Virginia Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great week. Susan was very responsive and accomodating. The house is in a great location- just a short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all! The deck was very nice and the outside shower was priceless for cleaning off after a day in the sun and sand.
