We are an outdoor couple who enjoy biking, skiing, hiking, etc. Location of a property is most important to us. We enjoy the mountains but also enjoy the Ocean. When we are not in Boulder we are either skiing or surfing.
Why they chose this property
Boulder offers all the benefits of a big city with a small town feel. We love riding our bikes everywhere. Our goal is to use our car very little and get around via walking or biking. We love going to Happy Hours each day and enjoying the musicians at the coffee shops at night. All seasons in Boulder are enjoyable!!!
