About this property

Sea views Spacious Comfortable Apartment

Very well located central and seaside 3 bedroom apartment right next to the Nautical Club. The nearest beach (La Marineta) is 500 meters away (about 5-7 minutes walk). Plenty of restaurants and bars are located within 5-10 minutes walk from the house: the Main street of Denia and other central streets with a great choice of restaurants, the Harbour, Nautical club. You don’t need to use a car, if you stay in our place. There are two supermarkets which are also at about 7-10 minutes walk.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, well equipped with all the necessary things for an enjoyable stay.
There are 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 guests. We can also provide travel cots for babies. There are 2 complete bathrooms (one of them “en suite”). Large terrace to enjoy the sea views, comfortable living room with high-speed WiFi, separate kitchen with a little balcony. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Towels, sheets are provided for all our guests. The house does not have a swimming pool!
