Specious rooms with high ceilings lots of light and ocean views. The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment has everything you will need for a fun, relaxing, enjoyable stay: your home away from home.
There are two Lanais, (porch)

A kitchen stocked with everything - dishes, pots pans, baking, Microwave, coffee makers, French Press, Blender, toster ...Brand new washer and Dryer, Iron& Iron board, two Hair dryers, beach towels snorkel masks and a boogy board, cooler.

Each bedroom has its own privet bathroom/ toilet, the bedrooms are designed so that to each its privacy.
The master bedroom has its own privet -lanai (porch).
Each room has a new flat screen TV cable TV, a Ceiling fan and AC, Safe for your valuables, Free WiFi throughout the property.
For your baby - there is a Pac & Play.

The Royal sea cliff offers - tennis court and two swimming pools located a few feet from the ocean. The South side pool has the facility for barbecue and a sitting area. The north pool offers a hot tub and a ping pong table, showers and toilets.

Great location, easy access to everything: beach, grocery, dining, shopping. The reserve parking spot is near the elevator and not having to look for parking! Doesn't get much better...oh but wait it did. The condo is well kept, clean. All communications with the host were fast and accommodating. It's apparent pride is taken in the care of this condo. Only challenge for us was the very low sofa. Bad knees/backs ended up just using chairs. Yes, we would stay here again.

Fully stocked condo in great location

We had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen had plenty of appliances, seasoning, pans, etc. They also provided beach towels and snorkel equipment. Great location that was close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Highly recommended.

Good size, location and amenities… but several glaring issues

The location of this VRBO is excellent, it has plenty of space in the unit and there was beach chairs, snorkels, fins, etc to use which was all great… but the unit overall was really lacking. For starters, it was not clean. There was built up dust and grime on several surfaces. You can tell at some point in time someone smoked in this unit as it still has that ‘old smoke’ smell you get at a bowling alley. My wife is extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, so being 6 months pregnant and sleeping in this environment was not exactly comfortable. The ceiling fan in the master only worked on low. The shower curtain in the master bedroom had black mold on it. The shower head itself was at a very awkward height, basically at chest level so made bathing difficult, bizarrely aggravating. The vent registers were caked in grime and dust. The unit itself is pretty dated. We stayed for 3 nights, and someone was parked in our spot pretty much on a daily basis which forced us to find another place to park. I wouldn’t stay here again, but the location is convenient if you’re going to be in the Kona area.

Check in process painful as always with VRBO. They won't change my email access regardless of how many times I have told them so access is always an issue. I don't know why I even bother with the reviews as I won't have access. Can't communicate with VRBO.

The Big Island is such an incredible place, I feel very fortunate to live here.
I love the Ocean swimming In Kona at the pier or all the Northern beaches, Surfing is so fun at Kahaluu
Running on Alii Drive or up in the Rain Forest for a cooler climate.
This is an amazing place!

What makes this property unique

The Royal Sea Cliff is conveniently located close to town but with the peace of being by the ocean and away from the center. Its gardens are well maintained and are woven into the Architecture in a unique way.
2 Swimming Pools and a well-maintained tennis court are great to have.
