Welcome to "Paradise Point"!!

Our beautiful remodeled townhouse is a luxurious vacation rental property located on Lake Travis in Point Venture, Texas, 20 miles west of Austin, in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country. This unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and two decks with water view to easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

Take in the gorgeous lakefront views while you relax in the living room or kitchen or have a glass of wine on the porch as you are only steps away from beautiful Lake Travis!

Recently remodeled, this spacious 1,386 sqf townhome consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is perfect for a group of friends and family of 8 comfortably.

The Living Room has a comfortable Couch and love seat, 43” Smart TV (Streaming only) with a DVD player and spectacular views of the lake!

The Kitchen is stocked with all kitchen basics including dishware, cups, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker and much more. Enjoy a nice family dinner on the large farmhouse table that can easily seat 8+, as well as extra seating at the kitchen island with 3 bar stools.

The beautiful Kitchen connects to the large back porch which features a 6 chair outdoor table, a Blackstone Grill and views of the water. A great place for you to relax and enjoy family time while taking in the beautiful views of the lake!!

The Master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, large dresser, closet and 43” Smart TV. Right across the hallway is the large Bathroom with a full shower/bath.

The bottom floor leads you to Bedroom #2 which has two comfortable Queen beds, a large dresser, 43" Smart TV and a separate vanity area. The En- suite Bathroom has a large shower and bath. This room also has sliding doors that lead to the bottom porch with a sitting area for more beautiful views of the water. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the peaceful sounds of the water and nature in Point Venture!! Deer are also a welcoming sight in the mornings by the water! There is also a Propane BBQ Grill by the downstairs Patio for guests to use as well.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed, dresser and a 43" Smart TV. This room also has a washer/dryer behind accordion doors that guests will have access to during their stay.

Other features include free Wi-Fi, Smart TV's throughout (Can access YouTube, Netflix, Etc with your own log in), fully stocked Kitchen with all cooking necessities and Keurig coffee maker, DVD player in main living and large Smart flat screens throughout. All bedrooms provide large dressers.

***Note: Be sure to check out the Lake Travis water levels before your stay if planning on renting a boat or water activities to be sure the Lake is open and accessible from Point Venture or any other boat ramp on Lake Travis***

The community park has a boat launch and is open every day 6am-Midnight. It also has a variety of playground equipment, basketball and a covered pavilion. The park is a great place to hang out and let the kids run around and play or go for a swim in the lake! Guests will also have access to the Jr Olympic sized community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, frisbee golf, fitness center, library, golf course and much more. The area is full of deer and other wildlife at all times of the day. The views are also spectacular!

Marina: The Point Venture Marina, located at the mouth of our cove, provides a fuel dock, a store and former Gnarly Gar floating restaurant now Captain Pete's!! They have Live Music, great food and beautiful views of Lake Travis!
There are watercraft rentals located up the lake in Lago Vista that service guests in Point Venture.

This delightful hill country lake house was exactly what my husband and I needed as a quiet holiday getaway! You could tell it is a much loved home: everything was clean, the king bed was deeply comfortable, and the amenities were intuitively placed throughout the home. I don’t normally notice things like interior design, but everything about this place down to the art on the walls brought me peace and joy. That’s not even to mention the magnificence of sunrise over the water from the deck, or the quiet charm of the deer passing by the ground level patio. We loved the home so much we spent our whole trip there, and we had no issues receiving food deliveries. Melissa was warm and welcoming in all our communications, and her guide to the area made our stay even smoother. We really could not have had a better stay, and we will definitely be back very soon!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed all the amenities of the home, especially the pool and the deck overlooking the water. The deer on the property were pleasing to see and we spent a lot of time at the park playing disc golf, fishing, or rock hunting. The house had everything we needed and the host is nice, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely come back!

The house was really beautiful and close to the lake. The view from the house was great. The house was well stocked and was very clean when we walked in. The property is well maintained. The community has a beautiful pool and a beach park along with a tennis court. There's a sports bar and grocery store very close. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The kitchen is a bit small but the large deck makes up for it. I would suggest adding more hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom, but overall we were very much at home.

2022 Bormes Family Vacation

The house was perfect for me, my kids, their friends and a bonus. We all got to send time with my brother who we haven't been able to connect with due to his military service. There are several local activities / attractions to take on a new adventure every day. Definitely a redo vacation stay!

Renovated with beautiful views!

The updates to the home along with the size and layout made it a wonderful place to stay, not to mention the views! The owner was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Make sure to bring either body soap or body wash when you come (that wasn't included). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and would come back again!

They must have skipped all the good ones!

Had Melissa been honest and we still chose to stay here then this place would have gotten a 4-5star. But it was a nightmare from the start! For our vacation with multiple young children, including a 14month old, we really needed something not only close to water but with easy access. I had voiced my concerns after reserving the stay with Melissa. A prior review had said that it wasn’t easy to get to the lake. Melissa assured me it was. Upon getting to the property we discovered that the lake was over 500 yards away from the property down a very steep and rocky incline. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE for a family with small children! When I voiced my annoyance with Melissa, she stated that she had just been their and skipped ricks with her daughter. “They had a blast!” We didn’t pay 2wks worth of $ skip rocks. The fridge wasn’t cooling out food properly and we were told it’s because we may have “loaded it down” with our groceries and needed to allow it to catch up. What followed is our fault, it ended up finally getting cold and we risked eating our hundred of dollars worth of food rather than throwing it way after we were refused a discount on our stay. Unfortunately we would regret that, 6/8 of us would end up getting food poisoning. Melissa response is that our food takes awhile to get cold after being out in the Texas heat from the grocery store. I repeatedly informed her that I am a 30+ year Texan and have never had this issue! There is a nice park that is a few min drive to an area that you can swim. However, you can only bring in truck at a time. Which again is highly inappropriate for a large family of little kids that need car seats and boosters! As well as all the belongings for a day at the lake. We also had to buy a canopy for shade at the lake when we originally thought we would be close enough from the townhouse that this wouldn’t be an issue. We only had two options make multiple trips to the town house or have grownups in the bed of the truck. As an icu nurse I refuse to do put my family at risk because Melissa chose greed over her guests. Her response was to tell us there was a near buy pool. If we wanted to hang out by a pool we would have stayed home. There were some pros. Cute and clean town house, fast though condescending responses, lots of deers to watch and even hand feed, fun bingo night at the caddy shake, and let’s not forget a hands down the best place to skip rocks!…. Or so we were told, they must have skipped a

Amazing week at the lake!

We had such a great visit! Melissa was amazing from the minute I booked the rental, answered all my questions in a very timely manor. The house was perfect for our group, everything was as stated in the listing. Check in and check out was very easy! Melissa even left corn for us to feed the deer, which were plentiful. They were eating from our hands! We rented a captained boat one afternoon from Liquid Thirllz and had an amazing 4 hours on the lake with Captain Neil. Every moment of our week was perfect!

Christmas 2021

After a double lost of two people that were dear to my heart, I was unable to do Christmas at my home this year. Decided to go away with family to Lake Travis. This place was perfect for us! Enjoy the amazing patio that looks out to the Lake. Weather was perfect and the company was amazing. This location brought brightness to a very dark moment in our lives. Very grateful Melissa

Love it !

Overall we all loved it ! In the mornings we would see the deer and it is an amazing nature view ! This time of season it was a little chilly but we all love it! We had so much Fun !! Hopefully we will book again soon !
