** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

overall clean (except for the carpet which is very very dirty), quite spacious, well located. That was nice to have one full bathroom for each bedroom. The mattresses were barely ok. The sofa and the kitchen chairs are torn, and one leg of the kitchen table keeps coming loose. Some light bulbs are broken, and the kitchen equipment is very minimal: there is no bottle opener, the can opener does not work, and there is not even any salt or pepper.

This rental was amazing. House was very clean. Host was nice and responsive. The only non-issue was that the washer was loud. We enjoyed ordering groceries straight to the house and cooking in.

The townhouse was wonderful. As soon as we came in the house was amazing, clean and sanitized. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and a pan. I was able to bake cookies with my son. The dishwasher helped with cleanup also. The pool was wonderful. The host was responsive anytime we contacted them.We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an additional week!

Our stay was great, wish it could’ve lasted longer

We loved the property! It lived up to all our expectations for our first family vacation since COVID. The home was clean and well maintained. It’s close enough to the theme parks but far enough to miss the busyness of being in Orlando. Our host was very friendly and communicated fast. The value was great and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Overall the vacation townhouse was nice bedsides a few things. The sliding door on the patio was ajar and couldn't close. I dont know if someone tried to breakin before or broke it. Needs repair immediately for safety. The walls had alot of marks on them. The property wasnt fully clean ie bedding bathrooms and carpet needs cleaning. The mattresses on the beds in master and downstairs need changing..they slept horribly but it was a nice place besides those issues My kids loved the minon room

Nice place for a big family

Overall my stay at this property was great. The house had everything we needed to feel like home. But there is a few things that I need to point out that were disappointing. First thing the mattress in the master bedroom was awful since it is an old spring mattress it was very hard and noisy so if you are looking to sleep a lot during your stay this is not your place. Second there is no privacy in the living room and master bedroom since the curtains are see through. Needless to say once the sun comes out in the AM you cannot sleep any longer. Third on the last day we had an issue with the keypad lock from the main door. The key code was disabled and after contacting the property manager and other sources the matter was not resolved, even after check out the door remained unlocked. Otherwise the house was in clean conditions upon arrival and well stocked.

My recent stay

I love this house, it’s so clean and nice and so much space. My only down fall was the location. If your not driving and plan on being near Universal and Disney a lot it is a kinda far drive. About 45 mins there. And the location of the home is deep in the back of the resort which was a hassle with trying to get Uber’s sometimes. But overall the home is so clean and the owners communicate back fast with any questions I may had super fast. I would stay here again but only if I’m getting a rental Verus taking Uber’s.

Perfect Weekend

This beautiful townhome was perfect for our weekend stay in Central Florida. The home was beautiful and clean. More than enough space for our group of 7. Management was responsive and friendly and took care of any questions or issues that came up. Will definitely stay again.
