Relax and unwind amongst the rolling hills and spectacular views of picturesque Central Tilba. Fully renovated and self-contained cabin located between Narooma and Bermagui. only a short drive to Central Tilba. Explore the shops of Central Tilba, enjoy coffee from one of the great cafes or troll one of the nearby beaches at Mystery Bay or Narooma.

Pros: great views and very peaceful location. Refurbished bathroom and kitchen Cons: cleaning leaves a bit to be desired, as we found hairs, seeds and stains on the doona covers. Lots of ‘legacy’ cobwebs and some more contemporary 8 legged visitors- not recommended for arachnophobes. Would be helpful if there was a small vacuum cleaner available onsite to help to manage cobwebs and dust. As it was we had to depart early as asthma was just playing up too much.

Ideal location however our stay was tarnished by the lack of maitenance grass areas not mowed, spoutings over flowing, and a lot of of minor building things from sticking doors curtains chains broken, cheep or non existing repairs to outdoor furnishings, track to site obviously effected by recent weather, great bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rest and place were very fabulous but in fact the accommodation wasn’t enough clean and fresh. I think it’s a problem of the cleaning service. Hope, the administration will be able to fix it next time.

Peaceful Retreat

Property was in a rural setting with wood provided for the fire and basic creature comforts. Lovely new bathroom. Great size for 4 people and reasonable price.

This needed a phone call to clarify. Remember your linen: we didn't have any, so hd to pick up a hired pack.NB for manager: light switch on front door a bit dodgy, and kitchen tap is loose, swivels when it shouldn't

Reviewer Comments: Braeside Cabin Four is the end cottage of 4 cottages located on top of a hill in a scenic rural setting about 10 minutes drive outside the cute little historic township of Central Tilba. The cottages are spaced sufficiently apart to feel you are on your own. It was a pleasure to sit on the front deck with a cuppa & take in the view and observe the abundant bird life. The cottage is well set up with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, etc though a tea towel would have been useful. You also need to provide your own bed linen & towels or pay an additional fee. There is a great slow combustion fireplace to keep you cosy at night and plenty of timber outside for fuel. The only complaint we had was that the water pressure in the shower is not good but that is probably due to the restrictions of the rural setting, and didn’t really detract from our overall experience.

Beautiful location in nature. Simple clean cabin which had an incredible view.

Enjoyable short holiday away from the city. A quiet and simple place to stay. We copped a huge amount of rain and wind and it was unseasonably cold but still so enjoyable. Tilba have great cafes close by. Get the fire going to keep you cosy. The most beautiful scenery and wildlife to be seen. Would have appreciated a bit more of a powerful shower head as the weather was cold and rainy. Still, loved our time away there.

Beautiful location

The cabin was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The location of the accommodation was just perfect, just a five minute drive from Central Tilba. We all enjoyed our stay so much and would love to go back again for a longer holiday next time.

The fireplace creates such a homey environment, filling up the entire place with warmth. Green Hills at your back doorstep and only 5 minutes from town. Would definitely stay here again.
