Welcome to a completely private retreat with beautiful views & birdsong.
Welcome to peace and quiet with full privacy, minutes away from our local boulangerie.
River and Falls is a cabin and country garden on 12 private acres of native meadow & woodland overlooking the protected Black River with an 60' high seasonal (dry in summer) waterfall. You have complete privacy with only bird song and fire flies for company.
In the heart of Prince Edward County, down the winding private lane, the cabin feels miles away from everywhere. The simple and bespoke details in the cabin feature a 16' long screened in Dining Room, stainless and cherry kitchen countertops, Miele appliances and skylights in every bedroom.
Low impact eco dock and kayak rental on protected wetland of Black River.
River and Falls is registered as a Provincially Significant Landscape, we ask our guests to be gentle with the landscape.

A large 12' x 23' screened in Dining and Living Room has a 10' wood table to seat 8 to enjoy dinner all night long while watching fireflies.
Country butterfly, wildflower, herb and lavender gardens, with a simple outdoor shower.
Hammocks and garden seating overlooking the river with tree swing. The three person hammock under dappled light from mature maple trees, always makes for good conversations.
Destination Inn & bakery are just minutes away.
At the top of our private lane is the Jackson's Fall Inn with restaurant and bar, to save cooking. PECish, the best bakery in the County is only a 3 min drive to Milford. Also very nearby are: Black River Cheese and Vicki's Veggie's organic food market.
Well behaved pets are very welcome with a $25/night cleaning fee and Pet Rules Agreement.
