Or plenty of space for the kids to play in den or at the community chilled / heated pool. Close to restaurants Coconut Mall and 3 miles to Gulf beach sunsets. Pet’s negotiable-1 less than 25 lbs. Free wifi 3 large screen tvs, washer and dryer in unit. Optional golf available. Pet fee $50 per month. HOA fee $150 Cleaning fee $125. Fl Tourism 5%, Fl state sales tax 6.5%
