This place is absolutely wonderful and would be great for extended families to gather together. the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking gear and spices. The hosts are easy to get ahold of if you have a problem and the location to Estes takes you off the main drag

Amazing house in a great location in Estes. Worked great for a large group of people. The house was clean, and beds were comfortable and plenty of them. I also loved the hot tub as it was clean and hot. We also weren’t asked to pay extra to use anything. The host was great. We left an item behind and he personally called me to let me know. We loved it so much we even booked it a year out for the following year. Looking forward to coming back!

The house fit our crew of 13 perfectly. We were impressed with how many amenities it had as well. I’ve never had a rental so well stocked with appliances, dinnerware, toiletries etc. An amazing location and beautiful house!

So many things were terrific! We really appreciated how well stocked it was in the kitchen and bathrooms. We also appreciated the baby gates and pack n play. We really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet of the property. The host was very responsive in a timely manner. Lastly, the hot tub was a huge draw for all of us !

The house was well set up for a large group - 6 bedrooms all with comfortable beds, extra pillows and linens; good quality towels and extras in all baths; very well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining; dining table and living room spaces that accommodate all guests; screened porch and outside deck perfect for the mountain weather. Overall one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in.

This property was great for our family of 12, we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Close to town. It’s a little hard to find, because the turn off road is not clearly marked so that could be something to let future guests know, maps gives you a road name, but the road itself is not marked with a sign. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The stay was awesome! Great hosts! Always plenty of firewood, towels & blankets. They even have shampoo, creme rinse, & soap in case you forgot yours We stay every year, their place feels very cozy! Thanks for another great stay!

Our group had a great experience. The BIG DEAL Company event planning team loved having a quiet space to meet and work on goal setting for the upcoming year. The house had a great layout and was comfortable and clean. The workspace was well equipped for presentations, the dining and family room areas were perfectly sized.
