Picked a house that would fit 8 people and this house delivered. Plenty of space and a short ride to Broadway. We did the trolley tour one day and there was a stop within walking distance and you can get on/off at any of the 13 stops. House was clean and had everything we needed. Check in/out was super easy. One friend accidentally left cash in a drawer and reached out to owner. It was refunded immediately once found. We will be back!

The house was clean comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to uber wherever we went. There were 10 women and there was plenty of room. Owner even accommodated us when we arrived early. The only issue we had was the were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. Could use a couple more chairs outside too but all in all it was great. Would book again!

Very comfortable beds and nice common areas. Excellent location. Rooms were all spacious and all amenities we needed were provided. Really lovely stay.

We loved our stay at the house. There was lots of room for our party and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The quality of the towels was great too. The only critic was that the dishes were super dirty when we arrived and we had to wash them all by hand before using them. We discovered that the water to the dishwasher was turned off, so that may explain it. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.

Great location for a group!

The house was so clean and perfect for up to 10 people to stay, with plenty of space for us all. The location was perfect, walking distance to the farmers market which has tons of food, and a quick uber or lyft to Broadway. Mat called me the day prior to make sure all my questions were answered for our stay. Overall great choice for Nashville!!

Moms Trip

We were a Moms trip of 9. Mat was a great host a wonderful communicator. The house is beautiful with plenty of space.. Super clean the hot tub was an added bonus, neighborhood is quiet and a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Great weekend

The house made a great home base for our group of 10, family and friends. Location was close to broadway (quick Uber or scooter ride), quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the market which was in easy walking distance. The house was clean, tidy, host was responsive and good with communication. Thanks!

Great house and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Hope Garden VRBO. Mat, the property manager, was very easy to work with and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Farmers’ Market and the Tennessee Museum, quick Uber or Lyft ride to Broadway for some of the best country music you’ll ever hear and some fantastic restaurants. The house was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and it had many amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Home Away From Home

This was our 2nd stay at this house. I will start out by saying you cannot beat this location. A quick Uber ride to Broadway or a 25 minute walk. The house is clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck and the fabulous hot tub. Matt and Kelli are so quick to respond to questions, etc. I highly recommend this house when visiting Nashville.

We had a great time in Nashville and very much enjoyed our stay in this Home

The place was clean and welcoming. We had a late flight out on Sunday and the owner/manager was kind enough to allow us to keep our bags in the place till later in afternoon while we went to TopGolf. Communication was easy and minimal as things were easy and ready for us to use. I liked that this place was within walking distance to a Dollar store and Walgreens where we could get supplies

Amazing place to stay!

Mat's house was perfect for our group. We were a group of friends and family visiting Nashville to celebrate my 50th birthday. We were 7 and the house has a great layout and plenty of space for everyone and a good-sized living room for relaxing. Kitchen is large and is good for cooking meals. The hot tub was perfect after walking around all day. It is a 5 minute walk to the Farmers Market, which is fabulous. There is an indoor section with restaurants and shops and also an outdoor section with fresh produce and merchants selling their products, souvenirs, and other stuff. Check the website for their hours. The Old Town Trolley goes right by the Farmers market so very easy to get on that. House was also a 5 or so minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville where all the action is. It was great to be close by it, but having a quiet place to go when done. There are 2 grocery stores within a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute car ride. Great location! I'm also a short term rental host and definitely recommend Mat's house for your stay!

Good location but home is tired.

The home is in a good location. Very close to Germantown area. At first I was concerned about all the train tracks around the area but only heard 1 train over 3 days. Honestly the home is tired, it needs a deep cleaning, the den furniture we covered with sheets because it just didn’t feel clean. The ice maker doesn’t work, the sink’s faucets squirt erratically. I don’t think they have the screens on them. Two of the three bathrooms are a little outdated and again very worn. None of the TVs were at the adequate height for viewing. The den was too high, the other bedrooms It was too low. We did not use the Hot tub. We do like a cold house and the air conditioner worked great. The towels seemed to be good quality and 8 were provided. I wouldn’t unfortunately stay here again for $2800 for 3 nights.

All Girl's 50th Birthday Celebration Trip

This house is amazing , especially for larger groups. We had 8 ladies and there was plenty of space for us all. The open floor plan on the ground level made it easy for us to gather and socialize. The Kitchen is very spacious and had everything we needed. The deck was used area in the back was huge and was used a lot. There is a oversized hot tub that ws awesome after a long day of walking in Cowgirl Boots. We enjoyed lounging on the deck both day and night. All the bedrooms were large , enough bathroom space that we were all able to get ready for our nights on the town in a timely manner. We loved having the washer and dryer and laundry detergent . We were very close to Broadway maybe a 5 minute ride with uber. Publix is right down the road maybe a mile or so. We had absolutely no complaints what so ever.... Mat was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better Host. We will definitely reserve this house for our next girls trip to Nashville. 8 ladies and we all felt safe all the time. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend this property!!!! Buffy's 50th was a True Success!!!!!
