Luxury Beachfront Villa on Rio Mar Beach in Resort

Ocean Villas is a beachfront, luxury condominium complex inside the gated grounds of the world-renowned major resort (see property address for resort name).

The resort is adjacent to the awe-inspiring El Yunque rainforest, yet only a 30-minute drive to the city of San Juan. The Ocean Villas complex has three private pools (lap pool, infinity pool, kids' pool), a hot tub and a huge expansive beach providing easy access to the warm Caribbean Sea. You will have a relaxing tropical experience while a 5-minute stroll to the hotel gives you access to the excitement and nightlife of the resort's numerous entertainment options including restaurants and a full-service casino.

Our villa is located on floor 2, which gives it amazing, unobstructed views of the beach. The photos on our listing were taken from the villa, and were not zoomed in... you really will be that close to the beach and Ocean Villas pool complex!

Paradise!

We had a lovely stay at Taylor and John’s condo! It was super clean and had every thing we needed for a peaceful, relaxing week. The view is amazing with easy access to the beautiful pools and beach. The location is great with lots of great food options and activities near by. Taylor was lovely, very commutative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Views!

The condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the convenient beach access and waking up to the ocean views. The resort is walking distance which was also convenient with the many nice restaurant options available. The entire community is beautiful. Communication was great with the hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed and provided many local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach, direct oceanfront Condominium

Our family had a wonderful time in this direct oceanfront condo on one of Puerto Rico's nicest beaches. Updated condo allowed our family to kick back in comfort and provided easy accessibility to Wyndham property and surfing beaches. Easily within driving distance to restaurants and rainforest to hike and zipline. We enjoyed the outdoor pools and hot tub and having morning coffee on the balcony. I recommend this place to families looking to relax and unwind.

An escape to remember

A fantastic escape. The property matches the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Zero unpleasant surprises. Check in and out was flawless. Communication was top notch with the hosts. We spent every morning, and ended every evening enjoying the view off the deck. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, Great Location!!

Let's start with owners, great communication, if there are any issues they are quick to respond and have issues resolved. Great location for a relaxing time, short walk to a beautiful beach, pools right next to rooms you don't have that feel of a large resort to which you have access to right next door which has restaurants, Casino, no worries still nice and quiet! great location driving distance to restaurants, grocery. Management and Staff are responsive and easy to contact for any issues you might have. Overall we would return for another wonderful relaxing stay! Thanks John and Taylor!! Also the team at resort that made my wife's 50th the Best!! Thank you Vimarie & Melissa great job on flowers balloons champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, Gracias!

Best R&R place around!

Beautiful place with so much to offer. The hosts were gracious and wonderful. Even check in on us during our stat (When does that happen!) The poctures are exactly what you get. The unit, the complex and the ammenries are a 10! The owners gave great information on things to do and places to see while we enjoyed our stay. The unit clean, the bed (super comfy) right down to the pillows. My only regret is not staying longer. Thank you Taylor and John, your home is beautiful and we felt like it was our own! Many thanks and highly recommended. We will be back.

Perfect!

My daughters and I have busy schedules now that one of them is in college and the other is just starting high school so we needed time away to relax. Right when we entered the condo we knew we made the right choice! The view, condo, and hosts were the best which made our vacation incredible. The El Yunque Nat'l Forest was so much fun...we went hiking, zip lining, swimming, and loved the waterfalls. We found a great place to eat healthy; Degree 18! We went there 3 times...and tried a different smoothie or acai bowl each time. Definitely a place we want to visit again. We've never been to Puerto Rico before but want to return and will book here again for sure.

Fabulous escape and great for kids!!!!

Our first trip to PR was a massive success thanks to Christine and Euniz and the beautiful space they rented to us. The one bedroom condo view alone was worthy of a 5 star rating; but throw in superb care taking from Euniz and Christine plus the pools, gorgeous beach and access to the Wyndham hotels amenities and you've hit the jack pot! Everything was easy; booking, check in/out, the condo had everything we could've needed and all the activities were all in walking distance which made it perfect for little ones. I loved how clean everything was! The condo was immaculate, the linens smelled delicious, and the grounds were just as well kept!! We rented a car and did some local things...horseback riding, hiking the rainforest, the Luquillo kiosks and shops, and walked through the art district (best food and juice was at Lluvios!). We hope to come back and when we do, we'd stay right here! Great place!! Great owners and property manager!!

This condo and resort is 100% as advertised. Incredible views of the beach, amazing pools, fantastic resort with great staff and several fantastic restaurants/bars. Its a 3-5 minute walk to the main hotel/resort area. Roots on the go has coffee, pizza and ice cream all day.The bed was super comfy and our kids found the futons to be comfy as well. The water pressure is impressive. Condo has full kitchen and a dining area. The beach is great. The owners have beach supplies. My kids loved the boogie boards! The pools are right downstairs from this 2nd floor condo. The tree frogs serenade you all night. We loved our stay!One friendly note: if you're not in one of the great pools or in the ocean, the local bugs (mainly no see ums) may eat you up. One of our family watched us in the ocean and got ate to pieces one afternoon. Definitely bring bug spray just in case.

Paradise!

What a vacation! The hosts and their team made check in/out very easy and were very quick to respond with support even when we arrived later in the night. The resort is so beautiful! From the moment you drive through the main gate down to the villa complex, you are greeted with stunning views of the property grounds and rainforest mountains in the distance. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and it is in perfect location for activities on and off the resort. The pools are so beautiful and clean and felt so refreshing after a day at the beaches or after our hikes through the rainforest. The kids loved swimming in them at night under the stars. We drove to the ferry terminal in Ceiba (30-40min drive) and took it to Vieques where we stayed the night to experience Mosquito Bay (you are responsible for sleeping accommodations on the island before arriving, the ferry stops running at night). There are tons of delicious restaurants and food in the area, including the kiosks at Luquillo beach which are a short 10-15 min drive. We had such an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

A peaceful slice of paradise!

My wife and I stayed here for 10 beautiful days! It is almost like staying at a private resort without feeling isolated! The villa is within the gated grounds of the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort, yet it is separate and much more private. There were rarely more than 6 people on the beach, the pools are beautiful and again, rarely more than 6-8 people using them, quite often, just my wife and I! When I sent pics to friends and family, they asked if we were staying in a private, exclusive resort! The villa is very comfortable, has a fantastic ocean view and is decorated very nicely with a slight ‘Island vibe’! The kitchen is a perfect size, we made breakfast every day and enjoyed eating on the large terrace while listening to the birds and ocean waves. The hosts, John and Taylor we’re definitely the most communicative, friendly and accommodating hosts we have ever encountered. You can take a 5 minute walk to the resort for restaurants and casino or drive a short distance to some excellent restaurants. I could go on and on, but then we’d have to book even sooner for our next vacation here! We will definitely be back!

Great Oceanfront location for exploring Eastern PR

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The space was exactly as described - comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our family vacation. Being right in front of the ocean and near the Wyndham Resort made the location incredibly convenient. It was also a great home base for exploring the eastern side of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, the Luquillo kiosks, and snorkeling excursions from Fajardo. Would definitely recommend!

AWESOME Property!!

Our stay was ah-mazing!!!! The owners, John & Taylor, not only have the best-located property but were flexible, communicative, and very hospitable. They remembered we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and graduation. They genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great time. The pics do not do justice to the condo. You have the best views of all three pools and the ocean from the beautiful balcony. It's so convenient that the condo is a three-minute walk on the path to the restaurants at the Westin. The beach was so peaceful. Even the pool bathrooms were extremely well maintained. We went to El Yunque twice and it was so worth the windy road up the mountain. The views were stunning! The kiosks in Luqillo were fun! So much to do within a short drive if you wanted to venture out; however, we would have been fine never leaving the resort area. We will definitely stay here again next trip!!

Wonderful Stay!

We just returned from our second stay at this wonderful property. It’s beginning to feel like home away from home and we are already planning our next trip back. The view from the condo is unmatched. The property is peaceful and quiet (which we love) but a short walk to restaurants at the main hotel. The unit has everything you need for a great stay and the hosts are extremely friendly and ensure a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

Quick getaway in a perfect location

We had the most relaxing time. The property is ocean front with amazing views of the ocean….Steps away to the most beautiful sand and palm trees everywhere. Pool and hot tub was clean and modern- available at any time which was amazing. Lots to do in the area so never felt bored. Many restaurants close by and grocery stores as well. We will be back!

Our second time at this location for obvious reasons. The property is the right size for a small family, clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and secluded compared to nearby hotels, yet amenities are abundant. Steps away from the ocean and pools and a short drive to restaurants and site seeing. As close to perfect as it gets.
