Direct Beach Front - Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Bath

This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

Please note that pets are not allowed at this property, no exceptions are made.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.
On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. Five of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

The house was just as advertised and more. The view was to die for and its location was great as well. We really enjoyed being able to use the pool and go to the beach. Incredible! House is in an excellent location, easy to find. Plenty of beach chairs, pool/beach towels, (beach toys & umbrella also available). Beds were comfy & bedrooms spacious. House has absolutely everything you need and was so clean. We reserved the house for the next year while sitting on the balcony watching one of the many stunning sun sets. Elevator was so nice, loaded groceries on it to send to main floor, much easier than hauling up the stairs. Managers were great with communication, quickly responded to questions. If I could give a higher star rating I would.

Perfect House for a Relaxing Beach Getaway

Property offered everything we wanted for a relaxing beach getaway for a group of friends. All appliances and facilities worked well and were kept in great condition. Spacious living area made meals and evening activities easy and fun. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would rent this property again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Indian Shores area with a group of 6-14 people.
