Lovely spot, friendly people, gorgeous environs

We had a great time staying at the POV resort. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the family members and staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Even in the patches of forest in the resort itself, we had a great time harvesting countless gourmet edible mushrooms, watching the sunset on the lake and breathing in the rich woodsy air. We also were bad guests, in that our sweet two-year-old's screaming the morning we left distracted us from making a final sweep of the cabin, and we left a handful of things in cabinets, refrigerator and freezer for the crew to clean up. Treat them better than we did! We'd love to go back, and do better at checkout time than this time around.
