The kitchen is completely updated, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and modern lighting. It also features a unique plank wooden ceiling! This kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal! Right outside the kitchen is the dining area with a rustic dining table that seats 4.

Just beyond the dining area, the living area is cozy, with beach themed décor. It features plenty of comfortable seating, with a queen sleeper sofa, and a rocking chair positioned around a flat screen television. There is also a large sliding glass door out to the balcony!

The bedroom has a king bed, a wall mounted flat screen television, and spectacular views of the pool deck and beach. The bathroom is just off of the bedroom and has an updated walk-in shower.

As an extra bonus – just outside of this condo there is a semi-private sunning deck facing the beach!

*The home also offers a 4-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.

Beachside Towers is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?
