We had a short but lovely stay here, wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful views and Mitsuko was so welcoming and kind, and brought us a fresh fruit breakfast in the morning! Also very accommodating when we had a late check-in

Great stay enjoyed it very much. Mitsuko & Curt were awesome!! Communication was great, loved the fresh fruit platter they provided in the morning!! We will definitely stay again!!

When we arrived Mitsuko & Kirk greeted us. We ended up having to shelter in place. Thank God we were in a little slice of paradise!! Mitsuko & Kirk made sure we were safe and had everything we needed to ride the storm.out. Mitsuko even made us a delicious home cooked Japanese meal!! WOW If you are looking for a great beach and North side of the island location, this is your place! Thank you both so much for everything!! We will never forget this place nor you!

We had a wonderful stay at Studio Kohala Big Island Ocean View! The space was comfortable, peaceful, and offered beautiful views. Loved listening to the wind at night! The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and they even provided yogurt and fresh fruit for us in the morning, which was such a nice touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood up in the hills, far away from the Kona tourist traps. Centrally located so you can drive up to Hāwī, drive over to Waimea, or drive back into Kona. So relaxing. Kind hosts. Great stay.

The location was up the hill, with beautiful views and great stargazing, too, due to being on the north part, away from city lights. It was perfect for a night after a day of exploring the Kohala area and north.
