We had only scheduled one night, but upon arrival we wish we could have stayed longer. This is a cozy studio with a calm, beautiful atmosphere. The yard is filled with trees, flowers, and birds, and the neighborhood is isolated and quiet. Our host was lovely, and provided fresh fruit picked right off the tree in the yard. Such a treat! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Nice place and great jumping off point for the north Kohala cost and Waimea. Everything amenity-wise was as advertised and worked fine for us. While the owner lives upstairs, we found the space to be quite private. She was so kind to bring us a plate of fresh island fruit as a welcome gift. Hope the new house being built just down the slope doesn't interfere too much with the great sunset views.

Sunsets, Stars, and Serenity

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our 10-day trip to the Big Island. The property was beautiful and peaceful, with unbeatable views—sunsets that took our breath away and a night sky absolutely littered with stars. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in.
