Remaining full baths include showers (1 shower/tub combination). Outdoor shower on first floor. Access includes ramp & stairs. Gates also provided on upper deck.
Upper deck offers fantastic views of the gulf & beach. Beaches are cleaned regularly. Great for fishing & crabbing.

Why they chose this property
We have spent many vacations down in Surfside with our extended family & love the family atmosphere. The beaches are well maintained and fishing is excellent. Boat access is quick & easy. Marina & guided fishing charters are available.
