This 6 bedroom house is great for a big family looking for a week at the beach. Scarborough State Beach is just steps away from this house at the end of Burnside Ave. There is no fee to walk onto the beach. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you would need for a nice relaxing vacation. This house has 2 kitchens which is great for large family dinners. There is an outside shower in the back of the house, a picnic table in the back yard, and gas grills for outside cooking.

Great family vacation

We stayed with our adult children and 5 yr old grandson. The house was ideal. Great location to the beach (about 300 yds). Beach chairs and cart available. Great restaurants were a short drive away.

Excellent! Beautiful vacation home!

This house was absolutely lovely! Owner was extremely helpful and gracious. It was the perfect place for a larger family to stay for vacation. Easy access to the beach, and to Newport for sightseeing! Narengasset is a very lovely place to stay and this house was fabulous! Would absolutely recommend this property to any one for vacationing! Actually have already told all my friends what a wonderful time we had there! Huge thanks to the owner Keith Brown!

My name is Keith Brown and I am a professor at the University of Rhode Island. I live in the next town over and this house has been in my family since 1985 when my parents built it.

Why they chose this property

This house is a great location to hang out with family and friends. You can easily walk to the beach at any time of day or night. There is a nice backyard. And a fully stocked kitchens (yes that's right, there are 2 kitchens) where you can stay in and cook for the night if you don't want to go out to dinner.
