Second floor means easy access to tropical gardens and the ocean beyond. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. Doesn't get any better.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer.
Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Love the location and the condo was very nice. Only thing I would say that could improve our stay would be to replace the outside furniture with higher stools so you can enjoy the view rather then looking at the railing with the low seats. We look forward to coming back.

The grounds and BBQ stations were kept in immaculate condition. The pool area was perfect for our teenagers, who also enjoyed the tennis and shuffleboard courts.Security and all other staff we encountered were very friendly.Condo was clean and well kept, nice view, and the balcony was a nice size for a family of 4.Would recommend this location and condo complex. We will definitely be back.

We just returned from staying 7 nights in this condo. We were very disappointed with appliances in the unit. The oven never worked and the bbq outside barley worked. Made for a frustrating experience especially because we choose a condo to save in food costs.

The kitchen was well appointed, but the stove kept beeping and one of the burners did not work. The service team came out one time to work on it, but it was never resolved. Other than that, everything was in good shape. We would return to this unit at Maui Sunset!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and has a wonderful courtyard. Unit A212 or the management company isn’t as great. We had a broken pull out sofa and it took 3 days for someone to come fi which meant we slept on a bed that cut off at the knees. Extremely limited stock of anything in the unit; booked for 4 people and received three towels, no mop to clean the floors which gets sandy from the beach. Nothing to clean up spills, we were travelling with two children. When I called about getting additional towels the person was rude “I’m off island””!”. All ads say family friendly- except you’re met with a group of owners that do not really want the children around and make it known. There are plenty of rules once your onsite to deter children from doing almost anything fun.

Beautiful Maui Sunset Suite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our suite was in Building A Oceanview with beautiful sunshine right on the ocean. The center court at Maui Sunset is spectacular. The grass is like a putting green. This suite had no carpet which I loved and it was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. We used the in suite washer & dryer & appreciated having pool towels as well as many towels. Laundry soap was not provided but we bought pods from the Safeway. We did have a problen getting the code in time as we missed office hours due to the email not arriving the day prior. In fact the email did not arrive until 9 pm the night of check in. I had to phone the booking agent abd have the code texted. I would suggest sending the code the day prior as day of travel there is no wifi while in flight. I recommend Maui Sunset. Turtke viewing just down the beach. We love Maui!

Grounds were clean/well groomed, beautiful plantings with daily maintenance. Pool/Hot tub also had daily maintenance and enjoyable. View of ocean and sunset was unbelievable and within literally steps of the resort! Reasonably close to amenities (could walk) and on a Main Street that would quickly get you to where you needed to go. Security in attendance gave added comfort. Would highly recommend.

Walkable distance to food/shopping (15min), if no car.

Location was great, very spacious, good amenities & good view to sunsets. The places needs to be sprayed for small insect/bugs roaming the condo. Other than this, it was very well situated in Kihei, close to beaches, shops & retail.
