The house is in Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca. 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Murcia (Corvera) airport. Close to many local attractions and less than a mile to the beach and Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped for up to 8 people and with air conditioning in all rooms.
This property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism for the Alicante region as a holiday let and meets all necessary requirements as a legal holiday let.

As a legal holiday let, under the new regional regulations all holiday bookings are currently limited to 10 nights - this is the law for all Licensed holiday properties in Valencia region (which includes Costa Blanca) to which all owners must adhere.

A home from home with the reassurance of renting a legally registered property that has to meet certain standards.

Ground floor: Large lounge/diner, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, shower room.
The air conditioned lounge is bright, airy and well furnished with 2 sofas (4 seater and 3 seater) and a storage pouffe containing games, coffee table and reading lamp. There is Sat TV (mainly English language channels), DVD player & DVD's and PS2 console and games. Also ceiling fans. Heater for winter use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Dining table for 6, additional bistro table and chairs can be used if 7 or 8 guests, and a dresser with books, dvd's, PS2 games and tourist information.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The twin bedroom has hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fan, two single beds, large wardrobe and two bedside tables.

Furnished terrace overlooking the pool with lockable gate. Large dining table, bistro tables, recliner chairs, coffee table, parasol, barbecue, plants give it a 'homely' feel.

First floor: Large master bedroom with a king size bed, hot/cold air conditioning, heater, ceiling fan, wardrobe, large dresser, bedside tables and a private furnished balcony. Room for cot or single bed if required.

Large twin bedroom with two single beds, option to add third single bed, with hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside tables and dresser.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, vanity wash basin and toilet.
All rooms are furnished with quality furniture and bedding.

Second floor: Furnished solarium with a sea view. There are sun loungers, three seater outdoor sofa and two armchairs and additional relaxing chair, coffee tables, bistro table and chairs.

All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and there are heaters in the lounge and master bedroom for winter guests, warm air in all rooms. Fully double glazed with security grills and blackout shutters. All electricity, wifi, bed linen and house towels included. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided. Dishwasher in kitchen.

Cot with bedding and a highchair available at £10 each per stay and additional baby equipment can be hired separately. Beach/pool towels available to hire for stay at €2 each, payable to the keyholder on arrival.
Wifi internet provided and included. English language TV included.

Please note that smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the premises, inside or outside.

There are two pools on the small residential community, one in a garden next to the house. This pool has a very large 'shallow end' and the pool is visible from all outside areas. The other pool cannot be seen from the terrace but is close by. The community is within walking distance of plenty of amenities. Ideal for family groups and multi-generation family holidays. Suitable for winter breaks and golfing holidays.

Please note that this is a three storey house with 8 steps up from the driveway to the gate so may not be suitable for some guests with mobility restrictions.

The Saturday street market is very close, the beach less than a mile away, wide choice of restaurants within 20 minutes walk catering for all tastes. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre with 150+ shops, bars and restaurants, free entertainment and a bowling alley is under 15 minutes walk away. Paddle courts and 3 mini or crazy golf courses within walking distance.

The keyholder will attend to collect the keys (unless specifically arranged otherwise). Please empty all bins, clean bbq, wash up and put away all crockery and cutlery. Leave house clean and tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Contract issued prior to payment includes community rules. As a legal let, passport details of all guests age 16 years or over are required by law.
We are happy to work with our guests if Covid-19 restrictions causes issues with travelling.

Loads of space and great location

This house is in a brilliant location for both la zenia and playa flamenca offering loads of choice of restaurants, shops and things to do. The pool area is lovely and the house has loads of space to be together or get some space to yourself. The house is well equipped with kitchenware and has plenty of storage.

Fantastic property

The owners were friendly and helpful from the off, the location of the villa is great, it's close to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants. It's within easy access to the beach. The villa was clean, spacious and fully equipped, a real home from home and the pool, as anyone can see is really close which was great for my children who went in most days and is also securely gated. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful week with family

After all the covid issues we finally got to spend a week at this beautiful property within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants, beach about 20 min walk and huge shopping centre 15min walk away. The property has everything you should need and a lovely pool on your doorstep. Bev the host was wonderful and very helpful, very quick responses, highly recommended 👌

Property was very nice and had everything we required during our stay, even down to a shopping trolley and large shopping bag for getting essentials from the supermarkets which were about 15-20 mins walk away. Only negative comment was that the pool had a lot of dead flies, hornets, moths floating on surface and only seemed to get cleaned once during our stay, although this may change during the high season (July to September) when I believe an attendant is on duty at the pool.

Positivo La casa está muy bien equipada. Hay de todo. Cuando digo de todo es de todo. Hay hasta un carro para ir hacer la compra. Hay paraguas, sombrilla de plata juguetes de playa. Todas las camas tinen sus mantas y sus sábanas puestas. Hay detelle de bienvenida. Estás justo delante de la piscina La zona es muy tranquila los niños pueden jugás sin problema. Si es sábado tines el mercado en el misma calle. Un mercado enorme. Negativo En la zona de la barbacoa falta luz. Por la noche no se ve casi nada allí. Una bombilla mejoraría mucho. Aun que lo pone en el anuncio, si la TV tuviera los canales de España pues mucho mejor Este tipo de alojamiento no está pensado para españoles. Hay carteles en la casa donde indica cosas como el funcionamiento de la calefacción. Todos estos carteles están en inglés, francés y alemán. Por decir algo que no lo sé. En todos los idiomas menos en Español. Esto no me gustó nada. La barbacoa está bien pero se queda un pelín pequeña para 6 adultos. Y lo que comenté antes de la luz. Que por la noche hay que estar con la linterna Zona Si te quieres sentir como un extranjero,está es tu zona. Vas al bar y te preguntan en ingles. Es raro ver españoles por allí. Si que es verdad que hay un súper centro comercial muy grande y muy cerca. Pero ya está esto es todo lo que hay Si quieres ver algo te recomiendo que vallas a Torrevieja, Santa Pola..... Allí no hay mucho que ver. Resumen Si hay barbacoa, cerveza y amigos. El resto da igual

Vacaciones muy agradables

Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones familiares agradables. Nos ha gustado el alojamiento, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a poco más de 15 minutos andando a la playa. Las piscinas están muy bien, prácticamente solo nosotros las hemos usado. Bev y Julie han sido muy amables.

Perfect for big families.

We have had a wonderful stay. What made it for us was that we had good view to the pool and proximity to the beach, supermarket and Zenia Boulevard shopping center. The house was not one of the newest ones on the market, but it did not matter us, quit the opposite it made our stay more comfortable with our big family and especially with our small children.

Truly a home from home.

We were greeted at the house on arrival by Jim who was so friendly and chatty even though it was the small hours of the morning. He ensured we were settled before leaving us to explore our surroundings. A welcome pack was left for us along with a host of breakfast goodies due to our late arrival and shops being closed. The house was more than we had hoped for, everything you might possibly need, tv, game console and games and books to keep the oldest and youngest amongst us entertained.....not that we needed any of that due to wonderful pool which we had solely to ourselves most of the time. The house was clean and the beds comfy, the location was blissful, so peaceful and restful. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 15 minutes to a lovely very un-commercialised beach, 3minutes to a lovely little bar. From start to finish the owners communicated any information we could possibly need to make our stay a pleasant one. We cannot recommend house by the pool enough to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, home from home retreat. I would return here in a heartbeat.

A well appointed house that’s a home from home.

This well appointed house, has everything to make your stay in Playa Flamenca an enjoyable experience. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fine kitchen, TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a washing machine are provided, outside on the terrace there is a barbecue, then when you go to the top of the house, and open the door to the solarium ( or roof ) you can just relax and unwind in the peaceful atmosphere up there. The house is in a very good location, about 15 mins walk to the beach, the same distance from La Zenia Boulevard where you can shop till you drop, and also dine in a variety of restaurants, if you love searching for a bargain in a street market your in luck, every Saturday morning there’s a large market literally at the end of the quiet cul de sac this house is on, check it out, and book it, I’ll definitely be back ! A lovely property

This was our third visit to house by the pool and it won’t be our last. The house is spacious , clean and homely. There is plenty of outside space to choose from and the pool is right next to the house. When we have stayed in may and September we have had it to ourselves. It’s about a 15/20 minute walk to the beach, 10 mins to restaurants, we didn’t hire a car. Would recommend this property

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house . Every thing is provided to ensure you have a relaxing holiday.The layout of the house was brilliant if you go with a larger group , as there was always somewhere to go if you wanted some "space".The house is set in a quiet location , yet close enough to bars and restaurants.The brilliant shopping centre is a short walk away and is a shoppers paradise! The beach isn t far if you fancy a swim but the two nearby swimming pools mean you have all the comforts of home close to hand. We went with four teenagers who enjoyed everything this location had to offer including a reasonably priced bar just up the road. Whether you go as a couple with teenagers, young children or alone, this house and its location will provide you with a memorable holiday!

We live in the UK but have holidayed in Spain for the over 40 years, visiting family living there. We have 3 grown-up children and currently 8 grandchildren so our Spanish house is very much a family home when we are there.

Why they chose this property

Our short-list for the property was decided as a family. It had to be walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars, with a pool that could be seen from the house, but quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing break. The location needed to be less than an hour from the airport in an area with no high rise developments. And the house needed to be big enough for the family. This house fulfills all the criteria and more.
Convenient for everything needed for a stay, even without a hire car, yet peaceful setting. Spacious but homely.

What makes this property unique

With all the necessary amenities and beach within walking distance a car is not essential. But just a short drive and you are in open countryside with orange groves and Spanish villages. The pool can been seen from all outside areas, from the terrace on two sides of the house, from the master bedroom balcony and from the large rooftop solarium, which also has sea views.
And if you love shopping the La Zenia Boulevard complex, with around 150 shops, is under 15 minutes walk from the house.
A legal, larger than average corner house, fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. We have guests who return for second, third or more stays.
