Good position, it gets the sun all day round (depending on the weather). Close to the village with 1 little supermarket, a grocery store, bar and restaurant. 10 minutes by car to larger supermarket, the coast and to the beaches. 3km from Imperia located on a hill terraced with olive trees, in the surroundings of Imperia. It is in the little village of Poggi, facing the sea.

Tolle Aussicht

Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung. Genügend Platz um draussen zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu geniessen. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Einkaufen oder am Strand.

Sehr schönes Haus in den Bergen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Es liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf, in einer sehr schmalen Gasse. Es gehört schon einige Fahrpraxis dazu, um zu dem Haus zu gelangen. Aber es lohnt sich! Ein wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und San Lorenzo. Diesen Blick werde ich vermissen.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben die Tagen sehr genossen. Vor allem der Ausblick, den sauberen Pool und die vielen schönen Plätze draussen ums Haus haben uns wunderbar verweilen lassen. Auch wurden wir sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen.

Entspannte Sommerwoche

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Außenanlage, terrasiert angelegt, mit Pool und tollem Meerblick. Pizzaofen und Holzkohlegrill stehen zur Verfügung und können mit genutzt werden. Wir haben hier eine entspannte Woche bei schönem Sonnenwetter verbracht. Freundlicher Empfang vor Ort, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieter per whats app.

Heerlijke plek

Twee weken verbleven op deze fijne plek. Huis is groot genoeg voor 4 personen, met 6 moet je geen slecht weer hebben. Er zijn ruime terrassen en er is een klein maar fijn zwembadje. Het uitzicht over zee is geweldig en verveelt nooit. Van de snelweg heb je weinig last. We hadden wat technische issues, maar die zijn snel verholpen door caretakers Sandra en Stefano. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was soepel en enthousiast. De streek is erg mooi en de omliggende steden zijn schilderachtig. De weggebruikers op hun mopeds zijn wel wennen. Toch hebben we erg genoten en we komen zeker terug naar Ligurië.

I am a translator. I have two nice kids (19 and 15 years old). I am married since 21 years to a wonderful guy. We choose to live in a little town close to Milan for our kids' health, it is a safe place close to mountains and lake. We used to live in Turin but after Andrea's birth decided to change city. We have nice view from our house but decided to look for a place that could also offer a breathtaking panorama closed to the seaside,too. This is why we decided to go to Poggi and choose our property. Hope that you will enjoy it!

Why they chose this property

We bought it from an English man that used to rent it through Owners Direct since 2003, so we believe that the property matches perfectly with the public and satisfies with price, position and range. More over we choose it just having a glance on the photo through the web. To us it represents an unspoiled corner, from which you can enjoy sun, relax and sight-seeing while staying at home taking the opportunity of using our private pool. It is a nice place to stay for weeks all year round.

What makes this property unique

One hour and a half drive to Genoa and to Nice airport from which you can easily rent a car and reach the property in short time. The house itself is at the top of a hill facing the sea. You can enjoy fresh air at night and a nice wind during hot hours. Few minutes car from the closest beach down the hill (where there is also a dog beach) you can even go down to the coast by walking (20 minutes down hill)
