The luxurious and very private villa, is located in the prestigious Los Mojones, and the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. This location is perfect if you prefer a tranquil setting but within a few minutes to the tourist areas.

Villa “Ça C’est la Vie” has been decorated to an extremely high standard, the contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright and airy feel throughout. This villa offers spacious open plan living with air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and the lounge. This secluded luxury villa can sleep up to eight guests, sits on a prestigious plot with fantastic outside space, 8m2 x 4m2 electrically heated swimming pool and a hot tub, all of this surrounded by tropical gardens. You can relax on the chill out bed or have some fun with the wide range of leisure activities such as an American billiard, table tennis, darts, table football or why not try your luck at some the crazy golf game.

This villa offers a spacious open plan living. With its exquisite dining room that leads on to the spacious and beautifully planned lounge. From the leather sofas you can watch the 50” SMART TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Netflix and full SKY package satellite programs. Also available are DVD’s, games, books and a laptop is supplied for your use. Fibre Optic Internet is available throughout the villa so you can listen to your favourite music with the new Apple Homepod, a breakthrough speaker that adapts to its location and delivers high-fidelity audio. The light and airy lounge leads out by its double doors to the terrace and pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area. For guests looking to self-cater you can enjoy a modern style kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a variety of smaller appliances designed to make catering nice and easy.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with a large shower room. Both double bedrooms have cots. The two other bedrooms have twin beds with en-suite showers. All bedrooms are air conditioned with built-in wardrobes.

A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. We provide an Eco-friendly cleaning service with a full clean and linen change once a week. Towels are supplied for the week with 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels allocated to each person per week.

Fabulous family holiday

Beautifully presented villa with everything you could need for a great holiday and more!! Set in a quiet area with other villas but within easy reach of everything. Taxis are very cheap too if you don't want to walk to the strip of harbour. Who would have thought of putting in a mini golf course as well when we were already spoilt with Table Tennis, Billiards, Table football and a darts board. All 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious with lovely ensuites. The kitchen and lounge area had everything you needed with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were great and all in all we had a brilliant holiday.

Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles um selbst zu kochen, einen Aussengrill für Grillliebhaber ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen grossen TV (für alle Fussballfans klasse), eine tolle Musikanlage und gemütliche Sofas. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein separates Badezimmer, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Aussenanlage bietet einen grossen Pool (beheizt) und ein wirklich guter Whirlpool. Für Spielfreudige ist die Villa ein Paradies, Dart, Tischfussball, Tischtennis, Billiard und Minigolf. Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen und hoffen, bald wieder selbst dort Urlaub machen zu können.

Fantastic place

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Great location, lovely owner and organization. Perks: spacious design, fantastic sunlight on the property when it’s sunny, beautifully organized kitchen and great appliances for making juice/smoothies. Truly has everything you need for a memorable stay in Lanzarote !
