Family holiday in Roina

We had a super pleaseant stay in Villa Oleandri with our children and grandmother. The villa is a very family friendly villa and able to host a big family with easy. The kitchen is perfect for cooking if you like. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A wonderful villa

What a wonderful villa set in a spectacular area. The views were just superb. Heavenly. The villa had everything you could need. Frits,the owner was very helpful with booking and advise pre visit and Selene,housekeeper ,was excellent whilst we were there. The area was peaceful with several really good restaurants within walking distance. Well positioned to visit all areas of the lake. Thank you

Disappointing - not as described

Property has stunning views and many positives. However, the description isn’t accurate. Ten people can’t comfortably sleep here. One bedroom is an attic room, in which you can’t fully stand up and is stifling in the heat. The windows in this room are at floor height, really small and have no blinds/curtains. Another room is a single bed with pull out mattress to sleep on the floor. The master bedroom is great, with views and en-suite. The Villa was described as having 4 bathrooms but one of these is just an outdoor shower head next to the pool. This is a Villa for one family with children; definitely not several couples. There is a large lounge area, but unfortunately it’s furnished with garden furniture which is really uncomfortable. The air con didn’t work and we weren’t offered a technician for nine days. This made for an uncomfortable stay; some areas of the Villa were unbearable. The housekeeper did drop off fans but they just circulated the hot air. Despite booking the Villa for 12 nights, no cleaner came mid stay. The housekeeper was available on WhatsApp but we didn’t see her after check-in despite having significant air-con problems. The pool area is lovely with great views. There is a lovely outdoor dining area. Beyond the pool, is little grassed garden area but again that was unusable due to a large hornets nest that hasn’t been tended to. All in all it was a disappointing accommodation.

Super schönes Haus, Lage perfekt, Pool beheizt und schön groß, zwei Familien mit jeweils 4 Personen genug Platz für alle, Umgebung toll, mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen am Gardasee, super Kommunikation mit Gastgeber und Hausverwaltung, jederzeit würde ich es wieder buchen

Insgesamt alles super aber wir hatten mit beheiztem Pool gebucht und der Pool war leider abgedeckt und nicht benutzbar. Für das viele Geld sehr sehr schade! Aber die Unterkunft ist sonst sehr sehr schön!

Hervorragend. Verbessern kann man das Treppengelände zum Kellerzimmer ( Sturzgefahr) und Beleuchtung der Stufen zum Pool Es gab Probleme mit der Elektrizität in der Küche ( Stromausfall)

Eine schöne Villa mitAussicht

Schönes Haus, aber 5. Zimmer nur als Einzelzimmer zu benutzen. Bei ausgezogenem Bett kann sich nicht mehr bewegen. Genossen die tolle Aussicht. Beim Einschecken und Ausschecken war Verwalterin nicht da. Türen waren offen. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbares Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben zu neunt (4 Erw., 5 Kinder) eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche Ende September/Anfang Oktober gehabt. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und dem Master-Bedroom ist spektakulär und insbesondere die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Selene) war sehr nett - wir kommen gerne einmal wieder an den traumhaften Gardasee!

Sehr schönes Haus für Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit... Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war mega! Der Pool war super, auch nicht zu kalt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war gut erreichbar und kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir sind mit 7 Personen angereist und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll, ein schöner Garten, der Pool ist mega, und wurde auch gut genutzt in unserer Oktoberurlaubswoche. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat alles was man braucht. Allerdings waren beide Grills nicht nutzbar und schon etwas demoliert. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, man ist auf's Auto angewiesen (zum Einkaufen/Essen gehen), aber das störte uns nicht. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Der Urlaub war fantastisch. Die Villa war sehr gepflegt, der Kontakt zum Besitzer mehr als freundlich und immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig! Der beheizte Pool war ein absolutes Highlight, genau so wie die wundervolle Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und hatten sehr viel Platz.

Es ist ein schönes Haus.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht und mehr. Der Pool ist super! Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem. Um abends noch ein bisschen vor dem Fernseher zu chillen, ungeeignet! Die Klimaanlage dringend zu gebrauchen in diesem Sommer . Aber eben auch nachts dann zu hören. Wir haben es genossen, aber es ist ja auch ein stolzer Preis!

Toller Urlaub in Roina

Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Dachterasse war noch größer als von den Bildern zu erwarten war und ein absolutes Highlight. Bei kleineren technischen Problemen wurde umgehend für professionelle Hilfe gesorgt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schöne Immobilie mit Pool in super Lage

Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick auf den Gardasee ist hervorragend. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, der Pool ist super. Alles ist sehr schön angelegt, toll wie die Oleander blühen. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, in welchem man seinen Gardasee-Urlaub verbringen kann. Der Blick auf den See beim Frühstück, oder vom Pool aus, ist unbezahlbar. Im Gartenhaus sind obendrein noch ein ordentlicher Fußballkicker, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und 2 Fahrräder vorhanden. Im Allgemeinen alles gepflegt, vor allem der Garten und Poolbereich. Im Haus gibt es im Detail Verbesserungspotenzial. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Spülmaschine mit gespültem Geschirr befüllt, das hätte schon in den Schränken verräumt sein können. Außerdem befanden sich in den Schränken der Küche 1 benutztes Glas, sowie 1 benutzter Teller. Da muss die Reinigungskraft bzw. die Dame, welche die Haus- u. Schlüsselübergabe macht, besser hinsehen. Die Drehregler am Gasherd waren auch nicht ganz sauber. Das sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, diese erwähne ich aber, damit es in Zukunft passt. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, eventuell kommen wir auch nochmal!

Modernes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie.

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für eine Woche. Wir waren 4 Generationen, von der Urgroßmutter bis zum Urenkel. Toller Blick auf den Gardasee. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Schöner Urlaub. Pool hatten wir jetzt im November nicht benutzt, wäre aber beheizt verfügbar gewesen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in einer tollen Lagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung ist super und es trifft alles zu wie es beschrieben ist. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen, das Wlan funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht.Aber ansonsten alles ein Traum.

Very nice vacation property!

We held a family get together and fully utilized the five bedrooms and outside grounds. It was great to be able to have separate spaces and outdoor dining areas, and the pool. We enjoyed the view of the lake and being able to walk to dinner. Although we had a few suggestions for improvements, overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Super ausgestattetes und tolles Haus

Wir haben zu acht eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus und gerade die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool mit Liegen etc. lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Haus tolle Lage

Schönes Haus in toller Lage mit hervorragendem Ausblick. Sind aber nur 3 Bäder nicht wie im Inserat steht 4. Sonst alles perfekt und sehr gepflegt, und gut ausgestattet .
