Beautiful charming cottage for 8 people, with pool and tennis court, located in the Black Perigord, a few minutes from Lascaux Caves, Sarlat and the Vézère Valley.
It is the ideal starting point to the sights of Périgord.
The area is known for its many castles, museums and prehistoric sites. But it is also a wonderful area for forest walks, canoeing on the Vezere or Dordogne, or to enjoy the riches of the region in the excellent restaurants you will discover during breaks in so many charming villages.
This old house, renovated with taste, is also a wonderful place to rest. Set amid 15 hectares of meadows and woods, you are guaranteed to find peace and serenity there. You enjoy magnificent views of the countryside and 3 horses on the property.
You will enjoy the heated pool which measures 12m / 5m, a quality tennis, table tennis, bicycles ...
Several terraces are at your disposal that you use depending on the time of day.
Truly, The SAUTIE is a magical place that will leave you with wonderful memories of your vacation with family or friends. The house comprises:
ground floor:
 - A large living / dining room with fireplace (TV, DVD, ...) and a window onto the terrace slate
- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, dishes ...)
- A back kitchen with washing machine, freezer and a second fridge
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and shower room.
- 1 WC

Beautiful views!

Stunning location with a gorgeous little wendy house which my almost 2 year old adored and lots of other toys and activities to keep us all busy. It was just a shame that the pool wasn't heated which I didn't expect which made it difficult to use with a baby and a toddler.

Super réveillon

Nous avons adoré notre passage à la Sautie, un havre de paix en pleine verdure. Le corps de ferme a été très bien réhabilité, tout en conservant l'authenticité des lieux. La vue est superbe. La déco est super chouette, l'accueil d'Anne est plein de douceur, de gentillesse. Merci !

Merveilleux séjour ... trop court !

Nous avons passé Noël en famille à La Sautie et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. La maison s'y prête merveilleusement avec sa grande cheminée, sa décoration un peu décalée et son emplacement complètement isolé. Les environs invitent aux grandes balades, coupure assurée ! La propriétaire Anne Mahieu est adorable, elle a même eu la délicatesse de nous préparer un beau sapin. Je recommande vivement.

Charmant week-end chez Anne

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans ce gîte tout confort, super bien décoré. Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de la propriétaire, Anne, et de son chien Milou, très enthousiaste de nous faire découvrir sa propriété, elle a tout de suite voulu que l'on soit bien chez elle, et ce fut le cas. Merci beaucoup à elle, nous reviendrons.
