Although no official bedroom, the open plan areas are nicely spaced out and defined. So, the bedroom area with a comfy kingsize bed feels like it has it’s own separate space.

Even the bathroom has views and french windows and of course the essential shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

Living area
The studio has a comfy king size bed in the middle of the room and is surrounded by original decor such as the marble fireplace and original tiled floors. Recently installed with a new AC unit for your comfort.

The decor is a mixture of classic and modern with oak, gilt mirrors teamed with two cosy velvet armchairs perfect to relax with a glass of wine whilst cooking. A Philip Starck transparent perspex chair to add a contemporary twist. Team this with a 26″ LCD TV (French and English speaking news channels), DVD/CD player, radio/ mp3 player and internet access and you have a stylish studio with modern conveniences.

Kitchen
There are even views while you cook from the modern light kitchen that has a four ring electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and cafetière. The French doors lead out onto the balcony.

There is a dining table and chairs for two in the kitchen and also on the balcony. There are two comfy armchairs as well.

Cute...

This property is very cute, the location is great, the property managers were great... however, there were a few things I wasn't in love with. For one, this apartment is on the top floor of an old building, sounds great right? Views galore! But what you don't realize is there is no AC in this building, and while we were in Nice (I cannot speak to their typical temperatures) it was VERY hot and being on the top floor it was actually cooler outside of the apartment than inside, even with all of the windows open and the fan going. Second, we booked this particular place because it had a lift, we were traveling with my husbands bike and triathlon gear after he did a race in central France. The elevator broke the night before we left and we had to lug a 70lb bike bag and 2 50lb suitcases down 5 flights of stairs at 4 in the morning. So if you are not able to carry your bags up and down the stairs in case the lift doesn't work I would recommend not staying here. Other than that, this place is very cute and well managed!

Perfect!

I absolutely adored this apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures but the view only gets better at sunsets!! The location is perfect. 15 min walk to the beaches, 2 min walk to the trams. The host was so helpful, arrived right on time, and gave me so many tips of what to do in the area. She also taught me how to use the various appliances and was available for contact throughout the stay if anything came up. It's so charming-- I didn't want to leave. Book-book-book!

Quaint apartment with character!

By far the best part was the balcony! We enjoyed coffeeon it every morning and dined on the balcony almost twice a day. Very well decorated and bright & airy. Super close to shopping and groceries. Washing machine was a great addition. On the downside: the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Could use a couple more towels and a facecloth. The stove barely heated up. The two chairs on the balcony desparately needed replacing. Overall we had a great time and would recommend it.
